Acupressure (Opposite Technique):

Inflammation is an immune reaction! Chronic inflammation over time can lead to serious health problems like cancer, which tends to invade areas of inflammation.

Fibromyalgia involves inflammation that spreads throughout the entire body. Many people with fibromyalgia have it on the right side of the body and also have pain underneath the right rib cage.

Fibromyalgia all over the body is usually caused by a virus that has come out of remission. Viruses such as the Epstein-Barr virus, shingles, and herpes come out of remission when your immune system is weak. Stress is a common trigger because it activates cortisol, which suppresses the immune system.

Lyme disease can cause pain and inflammation in the body and downgrade your ability to use vitamin D. Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your immune system. It can increase the immune system or bring down an overactive immune system.

More causes of inflammation include the following:
•Old injuries
•Inflammatory oncotaxis
•Food allergies
•High cortisol
•Sugar, starch, and seed oils
•Too much visceral fat
•Insulin resistance
•Autoimmune diseases
•Soy protein isolates
•EMFs
•Certain medications
•Too much iron
•Fibroids

The following remedies may help reduce inflammation in the body:
•Vitamin D3
•L. reuteri probiotics
•Carnivore diet
•Low-carb diet
•Intermittent fasting
•Omega-3 fatty acids
•The opposite technique (acupressure)

So glad you mentioned Lyme my best friend who always had inflammation and a low grade fever. Never got healed from the Lyme just managed it. she developed cancer it started with pain in the abdomen. She thought it was gallbladder. She was vegan. She waited too long to go to the doctor. They gave her one chemo treatment and it killed her in three days. She threw clots. I had sent her your videos but because she didn’t eat meat she dismissed any advice. I have been brokenhearted since she passed.

Don’t forget to chew your food properly. Digestion starts in the mouth, chewing food to a liquid releases natural chemicals in the whole digestion system. Chewing properly also helps with weight loss.

    • @aimeejog on January 4, 2025 at 3:46 pm

You don’t tell a drug addict or an alcoholic not to completely cut those things out. Some people can moderate sugar and some people can’t. It’s only impossible to completely cut out sugar if you aren’t willing to do so.

Dr Berg. When I switched from eating low fat, low meat consumption and mostly fruit and vegetable smoothies to eating the carnivore I ended up in the emergency room with the exact description you are describing with my gall bladder having sludge with extreme pain. I am 70 years old and the doctor didn’t find any gall stones so wasn’t sure what the problem was. I stayed on the diet and had 2 more minor incidents. I look at it as constipation of the gall bladder and once it cleared out and my gallbladder started functioning as it should I’ve not had any more problems.

    • @YodiJohsonna on January 4, 2025 at 7:27 pm

Sounds like the switch from low fat to carnivore (high fat) caused your body to call on your gallbladder to emulsify those fats and caused the gallbladder bladder attack pain.

Wow, thank you SO much Dr. Berg. I’ve been experiencing a recurring problem with massive inflammation, despite eating right, sleeping, exercising, etc. (I’ve also had autoimmune disease since my early 20’s), but I just had covid again in Dec., and the inflammation surged big time ever since. I consistently have issues with the pain/discomfort under my right rib cage, and always wondered why. So grateful for your advice, as always!
