I’m all for skipping breakfast and intermittent fasting. I do believe that if your going to eat breakfast, you should make it healthy.

Societal norms around breakfast in the United States are horrible. If you fall into the trap of eating standard breakfast foods, make the change starting today.

Healthy breakfasts are going to be variables of all the things I just mentioned. For instance, different items in your smoothie, different flavored protein shakes, or variation of plain yogurt to a healthy parfait.

Studies show that when you eat breakfast foods like this you consume less calories throughout the day (weight loss), have better mental cognition, and more energy.

Set a high standard for your day. Simple adjustments to your lifestyle like this will change your life.

    Um not shakes not smoothies not yogurt
    Eggs,beef,avocado , shakes and smoothies and of course yogurt have many hidden sugars
