    Isnt fish like super trash because of micro plastics in the other junk in the ocean?

      No. Fish is good for you and always will be, but your best bet is to get wild caught fish. Farmed of any kind is horrible because of their GMO feeds and waste pile up, plastics are an issue not just for fish, but the entire planet. We live in an age where it’s everywhere, and there’s not too much we can do about it.
