    The goal should just be weight loss in general, as long as progress is being made give yourself a pat on the back. It’s a slow process for anyone, don’t discourage yourself by thinking about achieving specific numbers at specific times.

    I’m thinking through this. I had an eating disorder from 9th-12th grade. On the other hand, I have lost about 1.5” in height since then. Maybe it would be ok to aim for that. It would mean a whole new wardrobe.
    I’ll have to think about this some more.

    I’m still trying to figure out just what “number” I want to be. Never being a “healthy” weight, I have ALWAYS been overweight. It’s exciting… I want the dream….
