Do you differentiate between push up hand spacing to target different muscles?
Hey, yeah I do but I’m not regimented with it at all! Sometimes I do regular push ups, sometimes tricep and less often wide push ups! I also play around with deficit, ring pu, feet elevated pu’s and negatives! 😁
Ring push ups with RTO form are no joke.
