  8. @debrascheer4577 on February 16, 2024 at 1:56 am

Really there’s no way i regular person can afford to eat a keto diet and you really can’t eat anything. The nutritionalist said keto is the worst diet out there

    • @Magnitude5000 on February 16, 2024 at 4:21 am

I do keto diet. Eating twice a day at 1pm and then at 6pm. I’m 6’3” and 220 pounds big guy. And I don’t see any problems doing it. I prepare my food at home for work. And I like it so far.. it’s been almost a month since I started. My stomach feels so much better than before. I had a lot of bloating and burping, medication didn’t help I tried for two years almost any possible way to help myself with that. So it seem like keto diet doing good for me so far

I’m doing Keto diet right now, eating two times a day at 12-1pm and at 5-6pm. I drink coffee in the morning, I hope it’s ok to do.
It’s good to know about vitamin deficiency and electrolytes, thank you Doc

Havent seen Organic Valencia Peanut butters , anywhere here, cant wait to try it out with Celery‼️ before when i started KETO , i was unhappy about eating bland foods, then i started to eat and just enjoy organic peanut butter 2g sugar, ate half/whole bottle with coffee, for taste but that proved detrimental since im diabetic. Hindsight , Tainted Wisdom now , meaning.. its been a while and i had heart issues flare up

Please dr berg do a video on this. I am not hungry while trying to heal my gut. I crave whole foods but I feel like I’m not getting enough nutrients. I eat a salad or a bit of tuna but very small portions. I am feeling better but this is a concern.
