I am not lazy anymore 😮I exercise 4-6 days a week now for my health and mind also do mot want to gain back my weight I lost 78 pds have to be careful
‘Lazy’ is a term that is so misused. It is just an interoceptive feeling constructed by your brain. Those feelings are pleasure or displeasure, idleness or activation, fatigue or energy. Scientists call these feelings ‘affect’ or ‘mood’. The causes of these feelings could totally be internal.
I’d literally run myself down with too much running, Zumba, etc. before finding Pahla. Moderate is my new jam and I don’t miss the rat race! It’s so nice to have and instructor like Pahla who’s not screaming to PUSH! 😉
Your advice is so truthful for women over 50. Stress levels can truly affect your body in so so many ways. I’m learning that reducing stress, moderately exercising and eating cleaner gives me so many benefits, including that belly bulge. Thank you so much for what you do!!
So how do you do moderate swimming?
I am redoing your Body Shaping series, and today was Day 11: Moderate Weights. I had a thought similar to what u described here: not ‘lazy’, but ‘this doesn’t feel like enough’’ – specifically, when we were doing Snatches with just a moderate DB. But I was able right away to remind myself that that the thought wasn’t helpful; and when I told myself that mod. weights actually is enough, I found myself believing it: and it really took my enjoyment of an already very enjoyable workout to the next level! Thank u!
