Are Carbs Bad?!?! #nutritiontips #wellnesswarriors #carbs

The internet makes a lot of generalizations…

Carbs are not inherently bad. The only people who need to be real cautious of carbs are those who suffer with blood sugar issues or weight loss resistance.
It’s also important to realize that many carbohydrates are very unhealthy foods. (Chips, donuts, low quality breads)
So moral of the story is that whether or not carbs are ok for you to eat is dependent on your state of health.
Quality carb sources should always be utilized such as the carbs found in a potato or even a squash.

Hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, gluconeogenisis, plant toxins like oxalates. Do your own health research. It’s your one life, one body.
Same thing with butter you need context to decide if it’s good or bad for you. Generally I would say that butter is good for you but I was talking to a 30-year-old classmate he seemed to think there was inherently bad for you. Clearly we have different context’s that we look at butter. Butter is only bad for you if you have a bunch of carbohydrates or sugars with it. Which generally people have in their diet whilst eating butter as well.
