When looking at the apple cider vinegar research, it appears to be dose dependent. Meaning the more the better… but let’s be clear, we don’t want to overdo it.

2 tablespoons, 1-2X per day offers the best results for those who are looking to take control of their blood sugar and lose some weight.

I understand that some people want to use acv and get the benefits but find the taste repulsive. Apple cider vinegar capsules are an option but I’ll warn you most of them are trash.

Most acv capsules are noting more than acetic acid which isn’t even from apples or apple cider vinegar 😂.

    I can’t drink it but I eat apple cider vinegar gummies.
