Here is what I like to mix up…
My favorite mix is this:
16oz of ice water
2 tbs of apple cider vinegar
1 tbs lemon juice or ginger juice
1 scoop of electrolytes
This is good for energizing you with electrolytes, balancing your blood sugar, improving gut health, and decreasing inflammation.
Using this method over time can really help you feel better.

Hey Wellness Warrior, I like to do 1-2 tablespoons of ACV in the morning with electrolyte powder to help boost your energy. The electrolyte I use has B12 in it. If you want you can squeeze a fresh lemon in it.
Nick, is that much lemon juice ok for fasting. What about some ginger juice?
