Any-time Keto Breakfast Casserole [Super Easy Recipe]

This one-dish casserole is super versatile – perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. Bursting with savory flavors and hearty ingredients, this meal is a satisfying and nutritious option for anyone following a low-carb or keto lifestyle. With a medley of sausage and vegetables, this casserole offers a balanced combination of protein, fats, and fiber to keep you feeling full and energized no matter what time of day you indulge.

When choosing the breakfast sausage, try to avoid added gluten in the ingredients list. Any type of sausage can work with this, so if you prefer spicier varieties, feel free to use them! Vegetables can also be adjusted to fit your tastes – zucchini, eggplant, red cabbage, kale, or even green beans could be used. This works great for leftovers, too. Simply store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Where did you find those breakfast sausages?
    Looks fabulous, BTW.

I buy the sweet or hot Johnsonville or Premio in the supermarket. They can also be Bratwurst.

      Sausage aren’t keto

    • @RuledMe on November 23, 2024 at 6:49 pm

@@ptwotwo2055 Not all sausage is keto (if they have bread or breadcrumbs added). But real sausages without filler are definitely keto-friendly.

I’m in Europe now – these were Black Farmer brand. Not exactly breakfast sausage, but many here are stuffed with bread so I use what’s available 😅

@@RuledMe I know in Britain most sausage has filler of some sort in it, either butchers rusk or they’ll go old school and use rice, if I can find some decent keto ones or make my own I’ll deffo be trying this recipe because it does look good 😊

Yummy 😋. I thought those were bratwurst

    • @RuledMe on November 23, 2024 at 6:48 pm

Any type of sausage works with this, really! Breakfast sausage usually just has a spice blend with some sage in it.
