      Was just wondering. If it doesn’t get better in a few months, surgery could be an option

      My upload before this one explains it better but L5S1 disc bulge. Waiting for an MRI but the surgeons are recommending surgery.

    I always have issues with transitioning between positions. Oh, if you have access to a pool just light mobilizations in a pool made me feel better as well.

    Good to hear, Lucy! Make sure you’re keeping those back muscles as strong as you’re able. They’re going to help stabilize your spine, which will help with the pain. Luckily you’re working with an excellent foundation.
