    Im 51 biologist, and my diet is not as diverse, due to some food intolerance. But I do believe that one need to avoid certain foods as they hinder proper absorption and digestion.

    God bless you, and thank you. I didn’t finish the video yet, but I stopped in excitement. Excessive sweating. I’ve suffered with this for years. People probably think with sweating. I wish. You have no idea how this affects your life. I haven’t gone to a restaurant in years. I’d be too embarrassed. When we have breakfast at home,I have a tea towel around my neck. I sweat so much. As well as other times during the day. I really miss out on a lot because it’s so embarrassing. I thought at breakfast I drink hot coffee, that’s why. Especially being a woman, I’ve had H pylori forever. So,blessings from God. I sent this video to my mailbox to keep it. Thank you, God, for sending me this. I always feel when I find something I’ve needed, it’s God. I’m a happy camper, even though I hate camping. It may seem like a little thing to people, but it isn’t. H pylori I’ve had forever. So I’m grateful to you and God. I always thank God. I feel he’s directed me.

    That’s another great reason to start Dr. Bergs healthy keto plan and start out eating 7 to 10 cups of organic dark leafy greens to help control with arrhythmia problems. Hopefully, you can eat that much without IBS issues. I gotta to say by doing so, it’s helped improved my health by following Dr. Bergs plan. Good luck with that to everyone who tries it out!

    Doc, my husband and I were heading to Florida Friday February 21st. Had a nice dinner out that night. The next day he was tired and ask me to drive,so I did heading to Missouri. He didn’t want anything to eat all he did was sleep.
    His shoulder started hurting what we thought was he picked up the cooler and suitcases, and tore his muscles on his shoulder again. Then it went to his back and his ankle where he couldn’t walk. By Sunday he said we need to turn around so we did. Got back home Monday the 26th, by Tuesday I called the paramedics and he ended up in hospital. Long story short, he had stapylococuss where it was moving around in his body to shoulder, ankle, and back. He was transferred to another hospital after 5 days total stays 10 days then transferred to a rehab. Being in a rehab 3-4 days the hospital called to let us know that he has H. Pylori.
    Heard both the stapy, and H. Pylori were it’s highly contagious which no one told us.
    What I want to know if this is a zink deficiency how much should he take?
    And anything for stapy.

      Look into colloidal silver and also oleuropein to help the body fight infections.
