Can you elaborate on what you mean by compression work? When I hear compression I think of it in the upper body like with climbing. But you were talking about your quads… So I’m confused! 😂

Yup, get ready for fun summer activities! I started using my stationary bike again because I’m getting my real bike out the second spring hits! 😄
