90-Second Loaded Keto Egg Cups [Fast Low-Carb Breakfast]

These scrumptious 90-second loaded breakfast cups are the perfect way to start the day. As single-portion breakfasts, theyβre not only quick to cook but also boast an irresistible flavor that will leave you wanting to enjoy one every morning.
All you need to make these cups are eggs, cheese, green onion, and ham. With just a few simple steps, you can savor a mouthwatering breakfast that will kickstart your day in the most delicious way.
To create this protein-packed treat, begin by whisking together the eggs, cheese, green onion, and ham. Combining these ingredients brings together a medley of savory flavors that work magnificently together.
Once the mixture is well combined, generously butter a ramekin to prevent sticking. Then pour the mixture into the buttered ramekin, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Put the ramekin in the microwave and cook it for 90 seconds. As the heat works its magic, the eggs will transform into a fluffy and satisfying breakfast cup full of savory goodness. When the microwave beeps, carefully remove the ramekin and marvel at the golden perfection that awaits you.
The aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water. The eggs will be perfectly cooked, the cheese melted to perfection, and the ham and green onions will add a delightful burst of flavor.
These loaded breakfast cups are not only a treat for your taste buds, but they also offer a convenient and time-saving breakfast option. You can enjoy a satisfying and nutritious morning meal with just a few minutes of preparation and cooking time.

Great idea! An egg muffin in a cup. I’m going to try one with chorizo, onion, and cheese. Thanks for this! πππ
That sounds great! I hope you enjoy π
now i must go buy bigger mugsπ
It should work in any standard size mug too – it will just be a bit taller
@@RuledMe thanks for your reply but I’m thinking of maybe doubling or tripling the amount for a meal. I’m in the category of I have to gain weight with type 2 diabetes hard to do
Me encantΓ³! Y da para hacer variedad. Super prΓ‘ctico y seguro delicioso! Gracias por la idea!
lovely but I am allergic to anything from a pig, any suggestions instead of ham in there.
Literally anything you want that is already cooked
@@RuledMegreat I will try it in the morning, I normally have scrambled eggs but never done them in a microwave. So will be fun. Thanks for the feedback

Hello is it possible to have some recipe that doesnβt need milk cheese or anything that have lactose and dairy for those that are intolerant ?
I assume you can do this recipe without cheese? Also hard cheeses like cheddar have almost no lactose. I’m lactose-intolerant too and can eat almost every cheese in moderation.
Yes, you can do this without cheese but the eggs might get a little dense. You may want to consider searching the channel for mug cakes instead since it uses almond flour and makes a cake-like end product.
They make and sell vegan cheeses.
Use large disposable coffee cups. No mess.
I used to love the low carb breakfast bowl from Krystal’s. Cant go wrong with eggs for breakfastβ€

you did pretty good. you can strain eggs into the cup also. Bacon & chives might be great too, a lil half & half makes eggs lighter. thanks! Your mama said get that kitchen cleaned up:-)π
π
I may give this a try. I used to not like microwaved eggs – but I can’t remember why! π Time to put this to the test since it looks delish. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll just toss it in a ramekin in the air fryer.
Thanks for the idea!
Looks good except for the ham any kind of process meat isnβt really good for you, so I would not do the ham
Every type of cooked food is processed. Better to check the ingredients/brand, but you can use whatever you want in this. Hope you enjoy!
@@RuledMe Dude I worked in a pork slaughter house. The pig carcasses were soaked in carcinogenic phosphate brine prior to butchering. Not the the same as the products purchased locally from the farmer. Not processed .All foods not the same
@@72timhall Do you read what people say, or do you stop where it’s convenient for you? I literally said “better to check the ingredients/brand” so you’re agreeing with me…
@@RuledMe Yes you are correct. I misinterpreted. All cooked food is processed ok .But a scratch made pie from a Mennonite isn’t the same as a little Debbie snacking cake. Both processed by your definition.
That was my point. All food in general is processed so you need to look at the ingredients and find your preferred brands. Just saying “processed food is bad” is not helpful, which is why I was clarifying for others reading the comments since that has become an overused word. @@72timhall
A must try!
Like to make this but not with a microwave
Why not?
@@RuledMe I know you have read studies showing microwave food is no different. There are is plenty of information to the contrary. There is information stating organic food is no different than chemically grown.Depends who is publishing. Your free to chose what to believe
I’d love for you to share some studies showing that “contrary information”. You are right – you can choose to believe in misinformation/wrong information, but I prefer to follow the scientifically backed facts. @@72timhall
