Chances are that you have parasites in your body, but they're just not creating any problems.

Examples of parasites:
• Viruses
• Worms
• Bacteria
• Fungi

While you do have friendly bacteria and fungi, parasites aren't friendly. Parasites leech things from you and may create problems for you—but give nothing back to you.

Symptoms of parasites:
1. Digestive reactions
2. Fatigue
3. Itchiness
4. Mood changes
5. Skin changes
6. Cravings for milk sugar or sweets
7. Changes in appetite
8. Brain fog
9. Allergies

Parasites are very common, and it's essential to support your immune system because it's your best weapon to keep parasites and pathogens in check.

It's also crucial to support your microbiome. You need to keep your microbes alive and friendly.

The best natural remedies for parasites:
1. Garlic
2. Wormwood extract
3. Clove
4. Black walnut hull extract

Increasing your stomach acid is also important to help keep harmful microbes from surviving.

I had pin worms when I was 20

  4. Candy Kane on February 13, 2023 at 11:39 am

I was having cravings for ice cream (and giving in to them). I started your protocol for rosacea and once I got to the time where you take sweet wormwood orally, my cravings were reduced. I didn’t give it a second thought but after seeing this video it now makes sense. I’m on round 2 of the rosacea protocol (saw great results but not 100%) and found a blend of clove, sweet wormwood, and black walnut hull. It must be meant to be. Thanks for all the info. When I’m done with round 2, I’ll let you know how the rosacea is.

    • Richiepipes89 on February 13, 2023 at 1:42 pm

I was ravenously craving ice cream too!

    • Cheryl Burger on February 14, 2023 at 3:47 am

Candy Kane, I had bad rosacea on cheeks for years, drove me crazy as well as looking terrible. I discovered water kefir after overhearing a couple of people exchanging ‘water kefir grains’ I researched about this water kefir as I had never heard of it. Long story short…as an extra healthy

    • Cheryl Burger on February 14, 2023 at 4:02 am

Continued…As another healthy thing I could add to my health regime, I acquired some kefir grains, made my own and within a couple of weeks ALL signs of rosacea completely gone. That was about 10 years ago. It has never returned. In saying that also I will add I have always on a fairly regular basis continued making and drinking my kefir. So simple and cheap to do, just google about it. Many variations and so yummy. It boils down to having too much of the bad and not enough of the good bacteria in the gut. This gives you the good. I do hope you try this, Im sure it will solve your rosacea once and for all.

    • Sherri Jones on February 14, 2023 at 4:45 pm

@Cheryl Burger I would love to hear more about how you used it.

    • Cheryl Burger on February 15, 2023 at 5:27 am

I made approx. 1 -1.5 litres at a time. Its like drinking a yummy sparkling drink. I usually drink about half cup per day and on a very hot day it is so easy to consume more. No rules apply. Please google and try.

30-50% of the global population has toxoplasmosis, caused by T. Gondii. That estimate is from the CDC. Docs in the US will try and tell us that we’re not at risk because we’re not a 3rd world country. They couldn’t be more wrong.

I’ve got every single symptom. I’ve been dealing with it for about 8 years now.
I’ve been diagnosed with gerd, acid reflux disease, acute colitis, stomach covered with ulcers.
I can’t gain weight. I eat so much food and drink so much water.. Nothing works. I’m always dehydrated because I have diarrhea every day of my life..
I get nauseous at the drop of a hat.. I’ve been to the Dr and seen the surgeon.. I need help..

  8. Dawn Elder on February 13, 2023 at 1:15 pm

Long before I was born my mother started to lose weight. Back in the 50s. She ended up down to 80 pounds. She went to several doctors. Even described a weird feeling of something moving in her.
She was told it was in her head.
Finally she went to an older doctor who figured it out right away. Tape worm. Big thing by the time she got meds to kill it.
Every New Years we were all dewormed growing up.
I take food grade DE earth around every 3 months. I also give my cats some every time I find a dead mouse.

    • Tumbleweed UK on February 14, 2023 at 1:14 pm

@Marie Miller I am drinking my diatomaceous earth as I read this and I am so grateful for it and will now give some to my cats! Aaaggghhh

    • Everhappy on February 14, 2023 at 2:57 pm

@Marie Miller An image like this stays with you forever. I never ate pig meat in my life after seeing someone vomit a handful of worms.

    • Thinker Bella on February 15, 2023 at 7:44 pm

What does a dead mouse have to do with taking DE? I really don’t know I’m curious

    • Wm A Nadeau on February 15, 2023 at 8:20 pm

Yep, I had tapeworms for years and no doctor would treat me. Lab tests showed nothing. Doctors I saw don’t think it’s possible, they kept saying “People in the US don’t get tapeworms.” Finally had to do my won research and find treatments I could do myself. Lost 60 pounds in the process. They recur if you don’t continue treating yourself every 5 or 6 months for several years. I should write a book, lol.

When I was between 3-4 I told my mother I couldn’t see out of my left eye, she did what a mother in ’67 would do and looked at it and said you’re fine. When I got to kindergarten I was standing behind a girl at the pencil sharpener and when she spun around with her pencil it stabbed me in my left eye and again when I told my mother she did the same thing, looked at it and saw nothing abnormal and said you’re fine. In the first grade my teacher told my Mom I was having trouble seeing the the chalkboard from the rear of the class and told her she should take me to the eye Dr.. She did and the Dr. told her that things were going on with my eye and that she needed to take me to the Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital to get it looked at because it was above anything he could help her with.

Well she did and they ran their tests and as the Dr. was standing there telling her I was blind in my left eye and had a 1/4 pencil led scratch on the backside of it he also said that a roundworm that was microscopic had gotten in to my eye and ate the optic nerve and muscles and that I had probably passed it out in my poop. I then spoke up and revealed that I had indeed passed the worm because it had gotten stuck halfway out and I had to use toilet paper to grab it and pull it the rest of the way out. I was about 5 when that happened and at that age I just thought I had a turd that I couldn’t shake off but after doing it I looked at it and it was indeed a worm about 12″ long. That was the one thing I hadn’t told my Mom and this is why. Back in the day we kids put gobs of sugar in everything, especially none sugared cereal and we were always told not to use so much sugar because they would cause you to get worms and I thought that was what happened. I didn’t use sugar for over a year until the Dr. informed use what had really happened.

The culprit was a stray we found that had puppies under the house and I would climb under the house and play with them. They licked me all over the face and some of their saliva had gotten into my eye which contained the microscopic roundworms. It ate the optic nerves and muscle then travel through my digestive system till it reached the end. The muscles were strong enough to hold my eye straight until I was 20 but by 23 it had moved all the way to the outer corner of the socket and has been there for the past 37 years. I have some great pictures of the back of my eye that look like photos taken from the Hubble with a pencil lead comet streaking across it. And it’s a great conversation piece that I have been ragged about from everyone I know and a lot I don’t and I encourage everyone that wants to give it their best shot at saying the worst thing they can come up with about because they are hilarious and it’s a great form of enjoyment for me. I’ve never felt shame that I look like a Carnival side show piece. ;-P

When Dr. Berg used people as parasites i giggled! 😂😂😂😂 yes Dr. trust me we definitely understood that example! ❤❤❤

  10. Rose Rosa on February 13, 2023 at 2:15 pm

I have seeing kids and their cause of death was parasitical. It is absolutely impressive how many parasites can multiply in someone’s body. I grew up learning in school to avoid walking barefoot, drinking unfiltered water, eating fruits, vegetables with holes in it and always wash all of them, wash hands before eating, wash after going to bathroom, avoid sharing clothes and food that has been eating, also avoid swimming or playing in dirty water, etc.

    • pilorin on February 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

      Basically avoid living

    • Chauntelle A Russell on February 13, 2023 at 5:48 pm

      I did too

    • CrazyRatLady on February 13, 2023 at 6:23 pm

Some of that is excessive. We need to have our bare feet on the ground occasionally. The parasites that make holes in fruits and veggies are not the ones you need to worry about, but of course wash them well. It’s far better to live, use common sense and do a parasite cleanse 2x a yr.

    • HC on February 14, 2023 at 7:25 am

That’s why we need a strong immune system. Good stomach acid also. We deworm our pets but ignore ourselves. Pets eat and live with us now. They lick all kinds of things then lick our faces. We will scrub and disinfect for virus but kiss and sleep with our pets. Pets are laying and sleeping with small babies. My mother was born in 1908 and she never let pets inside the house. She knew all the things we could be exposed to. She also knew about natural ways of medicine and raised her own food in the gardens and had fresh milk, homemade everything. She knew everything! There was 7 of us and we have all lived to an old age. My mother was a remarkable and very intelligent woman I’m very thankful for.

  11. SSGQ on February 13, 2023 at 2:28 pm

Haven’t had much luck with wormwood or black walnut hull. Had the most impressive results from fenbendazole and ivermectin used in rotation. Colloidal silver pairs well and also kills single cell parasites. Eradicating parasites is a long game. Many can go years without realizing they are infected. By this time, parasites have undergone many breeding cycles where they lay eggs and can even become encysted (like a tumor). Deworming for a short period won’t cut it. Eggs will hatch and the infection will resume. But the good news is that a deworming regimen of 6-18 months can help reverse many ailments. Also need to explore the parasite/virus relationship.

Read my above comment it’s oregano gels and caprial gels and garlic of course here but nothing like oregano that really does it. They hate the oregano jells I’ve tried fen bendazole , and all that , it does help for a while but nothing works like oregano..

    • Britt HealthUNPROFESSIONAL on February 15, 2023 at 10:06 pm

You just don’t know how to properly implement Natural Health and develop protocols if you didn’t get results with the herbs. When I kill intestinal parasites it doesn’t have to be an extremely long game. So far it’s been a month. With an extremely healthy cat so for damaged individuals I’m sure it can be longer and “rounds” of killing. I can help anyone on the journey BTW but only if you’re interested In 100% Natural. Videos linked in profile. Maybe one day I’ll do extremely censored videos here lol

  12. Jane Richards on February 13, 2023 at 2:46 pm

Parasites include arachnids too like Demodex mites, scabies and any other eight legged mite that can live on your skin. Most doctors ignore this category of parasites since many are microscopic and are misdiagnosed as other skin conditions. Theses mites can infiltrate your eyes, ears, sinuses, and groin as well as your skin. Love to here you talk about this type of infestation.

    • pilorin on February 13, 2023 at 5:23 pm

I got scabies im the end of december and it wasn’t fun! Luckily it was fairly easy to get rid of them

Contracted mites from very sick kitty rescued from animal shelter. One sign, besides intense itching, is they leave skin tracks. Mine were like railroad tracks on thighs. Simply miserable; took couple mths of daily soaks and natural therapies. But beautiful and loving furr-ball was worth it. Caveat: Don’t assume that because adopted animal is spayed, she is fully vetted.

  13. Maria Welling on February 13, 2023 at 2:54 pm

I’ve learned so much from you, Dr. Berg and the herbs and teas I also used by native Americans. I visit Cherokee every year, and I always treat myself to various herbs and teas.

  14. Leoneidas on February 13, 2023 at 3:42 pm

Years ago when I was raising small kids, somehow I picked up Scabies. I was suffering from it for a few months and my dermatologist kept blowing it off- dry skin, etc. It wasn’t until one of my kids got it and we went to his exceptional Pediatrician, that it was diagnosed. My kid got a simple Chrysanthemum-based cream (I asked for one also), and after following the instructions, the next day it was gone in both of us. If it wasn’t for my kid and his pediatrician, I don’t know how long it would have taken to figure it out.

    • Scott Ward on February 13, 2023 at 8:31 pm

Can you share the name of the cream that you used thank you

    • Tim Davis on February 14, 2023 at 9:44 pm

The Chrysanthemum is nothing more than…….”Mums”. The same ornamental flowers sold all over and probably found in your yard or your neighbors. Much like so many other Aster family flowers, Chrysanthemum tea has been used for thousands of years and is still used today for a natural insect spray.

Simply crush the flowers and steep in hot water.

I love how nature provides the Ramsons (wild garlic) in early Spring, just when the parasites are having their hatchlings and the sheep are lambing so the garlic filters though the milk to the lambs; well it would if we didn’t keep them in confined fields!
