5:58 The most important tip to burn fat while you sleep

In this video, I’m going to give you 7 tips to help you increase fat-burning while you sleep. Poor sleep stops fat-burning, so it’s important to make sure you’re getting good sleep.

Check out these tips to boost fat loss while you sleep.

7. Only eat when you’re hungry. Let your appetite dictate your fasting pattern.

6. Reduce extra fat in your diet. This forces your body to burn your body fat for fuel.

5. Ensure your carb intake is not too high. Focus on eating meat and vegetables. If you have a thyroid issue, try adding berries to your diet. If you’re dealing with gut inflammation, try the carnivore diet.

4. Focus on good sleep hygiene. Invest in a good mattress, make sure the room is not too hot, and turn off lights.

3. Natural sleep aids can help improve your sleep and increase fat-burning. Try drinking apple cider vinegar throughout the day to help regulate your blood sugar and help you sleep. Collagen helps with sleep because it contains glycine. Niacinamide, vitamin D, and sea salt are also important for good sleep.

2. Do a full-body workout that gets you tired and also makes you sweat. Intense exercise activates growth hormone which helps you burn fat, even while you’re resting.

1. Go to bed between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. and sleep for 9 hours. Getting plenty of sleep is crucial for fat loss.

i think Dr Berg said in another video: fat burning and muscle regeneration and basically ANYTHING good (renewal) happening with our body happens ONLY when we sleep. So if u dont sleep, you will not only look older and weaker muscles and bones, but you will also never lose fat. And i believe it as i seen it happen with me

It might be worth mentioning to salad eaters that there are concerns about a lot of salad dressings. Some people love salads because they are vehicles for sweet and tasty dressings. (often based on seed oils.)

      I agree ☝🏾

2 part oil and one part vinegar

    • @cherylmcnutt9905 on March 19, 2024 at 4:55 pm

That was covered when he said “eat less fat.”

    • @setapartaay925 on March 19, 2024 at 4:58 pm

@@cherylmcnutt9905 so true, but most people don’t think of salad dressing as fat.

    • @fammue on March 19, 2024 at 6:47 pm

We always make our own. Mostly vinegar, salt, pepper and good oils, sometimes mustard and some honey additionally or with some form of dairy, like joghurt. This way, there are no bad surprises with the ingredients. 🤷‍♀️

Yay! I remember a quote I heard once that said “Get yourself high quality shoes and a high quality mattress. Because if you’re not in one, you’re in the other.” That’s always stuck with me, so true.

Thank you 🙏🏾 Dr Berg. Since the beginning of 2024 around late January I’ve made some lifestyle changes to sleep better. I’d previously lost 12 kilos with the low carb diet and fasting and remained stagnant. Then i stopped eating late, cut off late snacking, eliminating alcohol and caffeine after 4pm. I’ve been getting 7.5 to 8 hours sleep a day. Now I’ve lost an extra 6 kilos
