Thanks for watching! You may want to keep these supplements on hand. I’ll see you in the next video.
I sure wish we could get these as a Dr. Berg brand! I personally don’t trust too many supplement companies. ❤ TUDCA! 💯 Have a great day, Dr. Berg!
Agreed!!
Whiteboard is wonderful, sound is good, pronunciation is great and the information is superb. Thank you Dr Berg and support team today.
you mentioned things that I also appreciate. If voice is quirky, if the point is not gotten to quickly enough i am usualy out of there…..and if they did have good info, it never makes the mark.
Dr Berg…perfect timing as always as I continue to streamline my daily nutrition…my frustration is that my natural daily intake regimen is starting to look like a medicine cabinet…was wondering if you could do a video on 3 major items to take for men and women out side of a good multi liquid vitamin…help, I’m running out of room in my pantry 😂😂😂
Some things are meant to be taken temporarily to HEAL. Most are to assist you until you start EATING BETTER AND EXERCISING. Very very few are meant for a lifetime unless something has happened and you have to replace something daily because you don’t produce or process it. The rest, you keep in your pantry for when needed just like any other medicine
@@NoName88837if your insurance allows it or your budget, I suggest checking your blood work every 6-8 weeks. That way you know what you are taking is not causing adverse effects. Keep a daily journal. It allows you to have a on going record of how your supplements and diet affect how you feel and your actual blood work. Everything in moderation is not just a saying. And 36 hour water fasting once a week is a good practice as well. Same with the supplements. Once you have achieved a certain level, it’s best to back off to taking them on 4 or 5 days a week. Or every other day. Also daily fasting doesn’t hurt either…. Like last meal at 6pm or something…..
I would say this after several years of YT vids and other research.
My opinion.
1) take supplements based on what specific issues you have.
Continue till you are where you need to be.
2) have blood test CBC.
3) have nutritional test performed by holistic Dr locally.
4) defense / offense
That is, get off processed foods and eat real food. Whether your a vegan or carnivore …get the right amount of vitamins.
5) always take whole food vitamins. Exception would be a synthetic for a condition. Like Benfotamine B1.
6) take a multi vit and mineral everyday.
7) listen to your body.
8) exercise.
9) fasting….the best at cleaning up your body.
10) low low carb with seafood, eggs, and red meat as a proper human diet. ( See Dr Ken Berry ) . If your vegan, move on.
Take a good quality cod liver oil and fish oil when not eating seafood.
Salmon and sardines the best.
We have been lied to for a long long time.
Check out Dr Schmidt also.
Trust me that will almost fulfill all your vitamin needs.
Oh yes , get plenty of sun and take Vit D3/K2 combo when you have not had sun . Have your CAC checked. K2 can clear up calcification overtime. Be consistent.
Know your numbers. Blood tests.
Find your weakest link or links and fix it.
Good luck !
PS…do as I say and not as I do…I’m guilty of cheating with chocolate.
Lol
@@DJReneeDJ, Hi. Thanks for the reality check. Solid advice. Be Well.
@@timmullen8951 You are welcome. I’ve been doing this for over a decade and I see people make a lot of mistakes. Like if a little is good, then MORE must be better. And that’s usually not the case. People also mistake natural for SAFE which is also not true. Medicine is medicine whether pharmaceutical or not. I had cancer, so I was able to see how supplements impacted my blood work on a continuous basis. Most people don’t realize they need to know their BASELINE FIRST. AND checking roughly every 6 weeks is VERY IMPORTANT. Also there is a difference between a therapeutic dose vs maintenance. It’s a on going process and one size does not fit all. Also, some supplements are adaptogens. So sometimes you start taking something for one thing you know is wrong but it starts fixing something else first that you didn’t know was wrong. So, it may take double the time you intended and you may need to add another supplement to assist. Also, I always tell people to do ONE supplement or healing food at a time. Usually giving roughly 14-21 days between each thing so that you know what is doing what or if you may be sensitive to a formulation. Keep a DAILY JOURNAL EVERYONE. And READ READ READ…..
It’s crazy that this is the first time I am hearing that AHCC may help with the virus *that can’t be named on YouTube*. Dr Berg for the win, as always!🙌🏻

Thank you for alerting me (and the rest of us) to the pitfalls of MALTODEXTRIN! After learning that I immediately started checking labels and found that my NATTOKINASE and SERRAPEPTASE both contained MALTODEXTRIN and I immediately stopped taking them (From the Doctor’s Best Label). I am still searching for replacements but buyer beware when checking online labels to the one you receive in hand because I had to get refunded on a purchase which label actually contained MALTODEXTRIN. ❤
@@living2day617 Dr. Berg did a video on it search for this: What is Maltodextrin and is it Safe? – Dr.Berg
Yes! Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so very much Dr. Berg , what other person has shared this value information to help our health? Nobody, but you. God Bless you so much.🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
Great list. My favorites (to add) are: 1.TTFD 2.SPMs 3.HMOs 4.desiccated organs 4.Horopito 5.grapefruit seed extract
I had that shoulder /neck pain, headache going on when I lived in a house with toxic mold. Thanks Dr Berg for identifying and explaining this!

Great 👍 you may want to check the spelling of important words.
It’s spelled Nattokinase.
It’s spelled TUDCA
I just recently heard of AHCC from one of your other videos, and ordered it immediately. I am in the midst of a cervical cancer journey… did the chemo/radiation due to its late stage, I didn’t have time to organize other options or the funds to do so. I’m not out of the woods yet so I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the supplement.
I have been taking mushroom capsules that use the mycelium from other mushrooms, etc but I don’t think it’s AHCC specifically.
I wish I had known about this 6 months ago when I was originally diagnosed.
Better late than never!
I also began taking Nattokinase a couple months ago due to the high platelet count in my last few blood tests. It will be interesting to see the next blood test after taking Nattokinase for a couple of months.
Ok! Best wishes to you! Have you checked each video Dr Berg made on cancer, on the immune system, on absorption of vitamin D, ect?
My list would go: CoQ10 with PQQ, D3+K2, L-carnitine, NAC, cod liver oil, betaine hydrochloride, nutritional yeast, MCT. For minerals: Potassium Citrate + Magnesium Glycinate
Also good stuff: Acai + green tea, Rhodiola Rosea, Cordyceps sinensis, Sea Kelp.
Creatine & Glycine is in the close orbit, too.
All with proven benefits.
Thanks for all your great advice. I really enjoy watching your videos, they provide a lot of knowledge and are very helpful on a daily basis in choosing food when shopping, etc. Thank you ❤✨
Another great highly informative video from Dr Berg! Thank you so much!
