Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest types of cancer. It’s known as the “silent killer” because, by the time you know you have it, it’s often too late.

Pay attention to these 7 early warning signs of pancreatic cancer.

1. Sudden unexpected weight loss
A problem with the pancreas can affect digestion and appetite, which can cause you to lose weight unexpectedly.

2. Abdominal pain
This is typically dull, persistent pain that can radiate to the left shoulder. Sometimes, it shows up as radiating pain in the belly button that extends into the spine and often feels worse after eating.

3. Jaundice
This is characterized by yellowing of the whites of the eyes and rust-colored urine caused by bile backing up into the blood. TUDCA can be a good remedy for this! Take two on an empty stomach twice a day to open the bile ducts.

4. Chronic diarrhea
Most pancreatic cancer affects the part of the pancreas that is responsible for digestive enzymes, which can often lead to chronic diarrhea.

5. Diabetes
A tumor in the pancreas can disrupt the cells that produce insulin, contributing to diabetes.

6. Feeling full quickly
Pancreatic cancer can cause you to feel full and bloated even If you’ve hardly had anything to eat.

7. Persistent fatigue
This can be described as overwhelming, chronic fatigue that doesn't improve with more sleep.

Don't consume sugar if you have pancreatic cancer!

Risk factors for pancreatic cancer include the following:
•Smoking tobacco
•Type 2 diabetes
•Obesity
•Alcohol consumption
•Genetic factors
•Vitamin D deficiency

Vitamin D may help shrink cancer and enhance the immune system's ability to fight cancer.

To help prevent pancreatic cancer:
•Ensure you’re getting enough sleep
•Reduce stress
•Exercise
•Practice intermittent fasting

Incorporating anti-cancer foods such as cruciferous vegetables, green tea, garlic, and berberine may help.

My mom passed away with pancreatic cancer. She was stage 4 and lived 6 months after diagnosis. Her symptoms was jaundice, loss of weight, gut issues and having difficulty with her bowels, constipation or diarrhea and diabetes which is not in my family. She was always tired and slept during the day. My mom was a heavy coffee drinker and didn’t really drink much water. She was also a smoker.

Through reading and research, I realized There is a possible link to large consumption of coffee and pancreatic cancer.

Coffee causes Dehydration which causes stomach ulcers because when you are dehydrated the lining of your stomach deteriorates.

If you drink 1 cup of coffee you would have to drink 5 glasses of water to rehydrate your body and brain.

The pancreas requires at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day for it to function properly. Without proper water consumption, the pancreas can not release the enzymes to aid in digestion and hormones.

The pancreas releases hormones into the blood (insulin and glucagon). Both of these hormones require large amounts of water. If you are dehydrated, it can lead to diabetes. This is why most people who have pancreatic cancer get diabetes. When my mom had pancreatic cancer she developed diabetes. Diabetes does not run in my family.

These hormones control how much sugar is in our blood. Insulin helps cells use sugar for energy or store it for later while glucagon tells the body to release stored sugar when we need more energy so when the pancreas isn’t working right it affects how our body manages energy

The pancreas also aids in digestion and releases 4 enzymes into the gut to aid in digestion of our food. One enzyme finalizes the digestion of starch, another enzyme finalizes digestion of polyunsaturated fats, 2 enzymes that finalize protein digestion —

This is why someone with pancreatic cancer die very quickly and they die of malnutrition because the pancreas can not release those enzymes to finalize our digestion. If our digestion is not finalized the nutrients in our food can not be absorbed properly causing malnutrition. If digestion is not finalized, the food can not get out of the gut and into the blood.

This is why people with pancreatic cancer lose a lot of weight quickly because they are not getting enough nutrients.

My mom lost so much weight and she was under 70 pounds when she died.

Be careful how much coffee you are consuming. Drink water with a pinch of pink salt which has over 60 trace minerals and hydrates your body! Don’t eat white salt! It causes high blood pressure. White salt is stripped of all minerals and nutrients.

I wish I would have known all this info before my mom
Passed. This can be avoided. My mom died of dehydration and not drinking enough fluids. Her diet consisted of coffe, cigarettes, carbs and sweets. She was not overweight at all. She developed diabetes when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Prolonged poor diet, malnutrition due to not drinking enough water (dehydration)caused a malfunction with her pancreas and ability to properly digest foods which lead to her cancer and death.

My deepest condolences on the loss of your Mother. ❤

I’m so sorry for your loss 💐 and appreciate your added and very eye opening input/advice.

I do drink coffee and enjoy sweets (I do accompany my sweet tooth with water always as I can’t eat it without ice cold water to wash it down 😅)

I had a dear (older) friend whose husband died of pancreatic cancer over 20 years ago- I didn’t realize it was incurable. He donated his body or parts that dealt with the pancreas to medical science to help find a cure 😔

She loved that man so much and I still ache for her heart as well.

You know you can use Google AI to get the same or better quicker information, Dr. Berg used AI to get that information too. Dr. Berg was a chiropractor, a chiropractor is not a doctor for pancreas cancer, a chiropractor make much less than a MD. Here’s what AI said about their training chiropractor vs MD:
Chiropractors typically spend 7-8 years in total education, including 3-4 years of undergraduate studies and 3-4 years in chiropractic school. Medical doctors, on the other hand, spend at least 15-17 years, including 4 years of undergraduate studies, 4 years of medical school, and 3-8 years of residency or fellowship training.

Digestion, the way our body deals with insulin and vitamin D is a huge vitamin that most of us lack which helps with our immune system and bone production. My sister is a survivor of pancreatic cancer, and her doctor believes that she had been treated for H. pylori for several months with no success and a month later she was jaundice!
