@@JG-zt5vr yeah well that’s difficult to know unless you personally know the people feeding the pigs. I’ve been on a carnivore diet including eating sugar free bacon from Costco everyday for the last year and my negative health issues have all disappeared so I’m not worried.
Bacon is not a problem.
What struck me was how long the ingredients list was in the US compared to the UK equivalent product 😮
People in the US continue to not understand why they are so sick.
I stay away. from sugar, salt, dairy, processed meats, and all oils. I don’t drink alcohol and don’t smoke. I will eat 7 or 8 potato chips and a homemade cookie or two. I walk at least 10,000 steps daily and do resistance training. The problem in North America society accepts and even celebrates the ‘bigger is better’ attitude towards people. I don’t think the average person realizes they are overweight… Get your BMI down.
What are good cheeses to buy and eat
Anything that is actually real cheese and not the processed crap like Kraft singles. Also just get white cheddar because it doesn’t have the artificial coloring that the orange one does

In North America today their is a love affair with red wine. It is overly accepted as the cool thing. Jokes are made about the cool wine culture. Wine gifs are passed around wine memes are posted. Fact of the matter is wine doesn’t have any benefits when it’s consumed in the quantity that most are drinking it at.
In reality if you drink wine, in all likelihood, you are over drinking.
