    I love your inspirational videos. Today I tried a bar muscle up I was always been afraid because in our gym the bar is too high and I’m short 😅 but today I just f%#*ing did. And it felt so good!! You’re such a ray of sunshine. Love you!! ❤❤

    I’ve been trying to have this mentality recently. I went abseiling the other week despite my fear of heights and next weekend I’m attempting a 58km hike along the Jurrasic coast. Just keep asking myself ‘why not?’ when a new challenge comes up 😊

    1. Self-care is not selfish.
    2. Be careful whose advice you buy (but be patient with those who supply it).
    3. Play out the narrative. Ask yourself “And then what?”
    4. Trying scary things.
    5. You are not who you think you are.
