    For the β€œmost important meal of the day” (misconstrued I think), it’s the worst and often better to fast than to eat these foods. β€œBreaking your fast” really is the most important meal of the day. How are you break your fast is incredibly important and I think that’s the original meaning of this statement that has been lost.

      I somewhat agree. Especially people like myself who are not the least bit hungry in the wake up mode in the morning. When I was a kid I would eat breakfast to please my mom and always feel nocuous(spelling?) before I was finished. I am still this way nearly 100% of the time. Not sure, but from what I remember perhaps 30% of people are like this. If one is heathy and hungry in the morning fly at it I figure.
