I don’t eat breakfast.
For the βmost important meal of the dayβ (misconstrued I think), itβs the worst and often better to fast than to eat these foods. βBreaking your fastβ really is the most important meal of the day. How are you break your fast is incredibly important and I think thatβs the original meaning of this statement that has been lost.
I somewhat agree. Especially people like myself who are not the least bit hungry in the wake up mode in the morning. When I was a kid I would eat breakfast to please my mom and always feel nocuous(spelling?) before I was finished. I am still this way nearly 100% of the time. Not sure, but from what I remember perhaps 30% of people are like this. If one is heathy and hungry in the morning fly at it I figure.
