Do you drink coffee? I like some cream and sugar in my coffee. Do you have a healthier alternative? I don’t like it black.
I do but nowadays I only drink decaf! If you need a healthier alternative (if you’re referring to lower calories?) maybe try a dash of creamer and sweeteners?
Or you could just reduce the amount of sugar slowly, that’s how I reduced mine! 😀
Hi Lucy, I’ll be attending the Women’s warriors course in March. I think I heard in a previous video that you may be posting a routine to train for it somewhere? That would be so helpful to make sure we will be ready for it. I’d be interested to know what’s in your hike pack too! Hey Roisin, ahhh that is so exciting! I’ll look at making a video more based around my hiking, I think I’ve avoided it so far because I usually share that stuff more on Instagram but in ’24 I’ll be putting more on here! I’ll message you regarding the program ❤️❤️❤️
It is so hard for me to workout I have no dicipline so walks it is everything I can hold on to So I walk like 5000 steps a day (almost every day) and this is it
Wjen it comes to food I do better when eating meat paired with a large salad or roasted vegetables – always this combo works better than carbohydrates or cheese and eggs

Thank you <3 I really needed a reminder about keeping realistic expectations of the time frame! I always think I give myself enough time, but I'm so focused on the goal that I think the process is just a means to an end. I often get really disappointed and lose motivation if/when I don't meet a target on the way forgetting the whole picture and the processes which is the lifestyle I wish to keep after I've reached my goal.
