Then I’ve gone through the trouble of testing my cells for deficiencies and found I had over 5 nutrient deficiencies!
There are many symptoms of many potential deficiencies you may be facing. The truth is that it gets real frustrating buying all these vitamins hoping you might alleviate that annoying symptom.
It seems it never ends… as soon as you solve one symptoms another one pops up.
Here is what I do to solve this issue….
I take a quality multivitamin daily…. I know, you’ve been told by the internet gurus they are a waste of money, but I’m telling you they are not.
Taking a daily multivitamin assures you basic nutrition. It also alleviates the worry of being deficient in 10 different important vitamins. I think everyone should take a multi as a basic health insurance policy. I do this personally and include it in my list of important daily vitamins.
