Can’t wait to try this. I was afraid this would involve a microwave, but it doesn’t, so yay!

This was the bomb! Although I did substitute 2 tbsp of coconut flour since I didn’t have any psyllium. Still came out 😋.

Omg! Trying this alternative out since I don’t have any either! 😍

@AnD SpRite did it work?! I dont have any coconut flour

    • ubu booboo on January 30, 2020 at 10:28 pm

I thought “bomb” was a bad thing. In this case it means “good”?

    • Allison Mims on February 19, 2020 at 2:25 am

In my opinion LOL yes that means it’s good. Ppl used to use “bomb” to describe stuff that was good back in the 90s 👍🏽

Will substitute , too. Thank you. 🙏🍕

Before putting it in the oven, I added the sauce, cheese, onion, jalapenos, and basil all together. Came out smelling, looking, and tasting amazing! This honestly killed any tiny temptation I may have over non-low carb pizzas. Thank you!

It is really delicious! Though its not “pizza”, it sure reminds me of it and is a welcome texture since I havn’t had anything similar to bread or dough. The base is interesting too and I know I can make some other dishes using the “dough”. I added 1/2 tsp MCT oil into the dough mixture as well.

    • LahvUs on May 4, 2019 at 10:12 pm

what did the mct oil do for ya? Just boosted fat?

Made this today. Crust does taste lot like omlet but with toppings, sauce, cheese and other garnishings it tastes pretty much like pizza. If you don’t like eggy taste you can try to make a stronger sauce and make a thinner crust
