A lot of people are low in vitamin c. Make sure to check vitamin c blood work to stay in range especially during cold/flu season. Fyi my doctor refused to check my vitamin C range which was ridiculous! She said ‘it wasn’t necessary’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 these doctors is something else, so I went to a blood lab check out request a test and walk-lab and yes I was VERY LOW in vitamin C….get it done everybody!🙏🏼
