      Hey Wellness Warrior, it has nothing to do with the rice and everything to do with the fact that outside of rice, they eat fish and vegetables. They eat a very clean diet. I did an in depth review of this a while back.

    I would consider myself a wellness warrior but one thing I’ve been wondering recently is how are some of my supplements impacting my health. For example, I take a pre-workout and a BCAA supplement powder 6x/week from a company called FNX. I include those specifics just in case you wanted an example. I’m sure this is a topic other people could identify with if you wanted to discuss in a video! Thanks!!

      Ditch the branch chain amino acids and add essential amino acids. You need all the essential amino acids for muscle protein synthesis, you’re wasting your money with BCAA’s.
