Yep, been taking Vitamin D3 with k2 mk-7 along with fermented Cod liver oil which seems to be helping loads.
We take the fermented cod liver oil w vit A and drink fresh goat’s milk that has the k2, get plenty of protein. Mag is hard to get naturally. We have nettles all over out property and the seeds can be collected, leaves cooked like spinach.
You mentioned eating animal flesh for protein.
What about eating protein from where the animals get their protein?
The best form of magnesium is bisglycinate powder.
I canβt take Vit A – it makes my nose bleed – even the dry Vit A affects me – I have a sister with the same issue
Liver and eggs are natures multivitamin
Actual Vitamin A is really on very high in Liver. Always thought plenty can go wrong with the conversion process with carotenoids.
You could always have gallbladder issue as well. Could Liver scarring could theoretically impair bile production?
