You should definitely do a full length follow along video of a set of a each exercise .I suck at keeping track of reps 😪

    • Pamela And Perla on February 3, 2019 at 6:17 am

Maria Clarke reps it means I should repeat
      It 2 or 3 times ??

    • KaeAngelz on April 14, 2019 at 1:53 pm

Pamela And Perla reps are how many times I guess you have to do the move. Sets are the amount of times you do those reps. For example 25 reps, 3 sets. You basically are doing 75 reps in those 3 sets.

    • Amber Malik on January 6, 2020 at 2:30 pm

Yeah that would be great. And easy to do

    • Sarah Zachariah on September 13, 2022 at 10:54 am

    • RareEnigma™ on December 9, 2022 at 11:19 am

She shared in the description the number of reps as well. You can use your phone or fitwatch to keep track

OMGOSH I can’t wait to do this I have so much lower belly fat that I’ve been losing mostly through cardio but not enough spot exercising I personally think spot training works if you do these execrise also in combo with cardio and eating a healthy or weight loss meals you will see results of belly fat elimination and inches off.

  5. Khadija Rizvi on October 12, 2018 at 2:29 pm

    (RESULTS)
This was the first ever workout I have started doing regularly. Because I’m not fat but yes I do have a lot of belly fat down there, so somehow I found the motivation to start because I started losing my collar bone n all.
I did it for 4 days, and my husband told me your collar bone is back honey.
It’s been a week. And i just asked him again, to which he said “ seriously don’t stop, i see the change clearly”
Not only losing fat. It makes me feel light and energetic and has made my posture better as well.

    • Dulanjali Gunawardhana on June 16, 2021 at 6:08 am

@sarva bharathi I also hardly finished one set. Did you get results by continuing?

    • M M on July 9, 2021 at 11:55 am

How many days you did it in a week? Everyday?

    • Khadija Rizvi on July 9, 2021 at 3:02 pm

@M M i started with four days in a week continuesly. Gap on 5th.again on 6th.gap on 7th. Then 4 days again in a row.

Plz tell me how many set I do?

  6. Laura Wong on November 15, 2018 at 1:55 am

Really great workout! But for beginners like me, I would like if there is a “workout alongside with me” kinda tutorial like the one you did with your 5-minute stretches video. That video helped me to follow through easily!

  7. Karen Ragner Enterprises on December 3, 2018 at 6:12 pm

You are fit, so proud of you. Will try these workouts starting tomorrow

  8. Jaque Marro on February 5, 2019 at 3:54 pm

Believe it or not I’ve done a ton of these in our Pilates class and my waist is smaller the next day from doing the workout. I’ve been trying to find videos online that replicate them and you just did them all. Thank you so much!!!

    • Envy Lake on March 15, 2022 at 11:06 pm

For somene who’s a newbie on Pilates this is very helpful thank you!

Hi Joanna, first of all, I wanna thank you for your amazing videos. I’m a 42-year old woman and had my baby 5 years ago. I was a very physically active person before that but I have to admit that I became lazy since childbirth, result, I packed fats all over my belly and my hips. I started going to the gym a month ago but just been doing an hour in the elliptical machine. Then I watched your video on lifting dumbbells to lose weight, I started doing that after 30 minutes on the elliptical. Then I also watched this and thought I’d add it too. Here’s my plan, gym every other day and do the 4 week flat belly challenge everyday at home. Now my question is, Is there such thing as too much work out? Should I slow down a bit? Thank you..

  10. Sultana Ahmed on October 14, 2019 at 2:42 pm

I hope I can do it like you with similar energy levels and intensity. I will try my best. You’re so cute and motivational!!! Love ur videos and love having u part of my fitness journey❤️

Hi Joanna! I’ve been doing many of your workouts and I love them. Yes they are getting me to sweat for sure! This core belly fat challenge looks perfect for me and I cant wait to do this! My question is, is this meant to be a daily challenge? Or complete 1 workout per week? Thank you!

  17. Nikita Agarwal on October 20, 2020 at 6:21 pm

Tried this for only four days .. I can see the difference. Very effective and your explanation is too good.

  18. Bianca Fontes on November 24, 2020 at 4:05 pm

I’m really excited! I found the routine dynamic, loved it. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
The only problem is with the leg exercises, they are so hard for me and painful for my back. I’m afraid of hurting my back. 😬

  19. Jinja Fokkusu on April 28, 2021 at 9:57 am

First day of week 2. I only realised towards the end I was supposed to do 2 sets! One was enough for now maybe I’ll do the whole thing again once I’ve made it through 💪🏼
