I’ve struggled greatly in the past with Brain fog, mental alertness and memory retention.

When I was struggling I would have done anything to fix it. It was ruining my life.

I started studying the brain. Studying under some of the best neurologist and brain specialist in functional medicine.

This is when I learned about the dangers of an overzealous brain inflammatory problem that I was suffering from.

Turns out many people have this issue, it’s just that most people don’t address it because you think that is how your brain is supposed to feel and function.

When I started actively working to improve my brain health, it was like someone flipped a switch on.

Your mood, thought processes, ideas, creativity, happiness, cognitive abilities all be some heightened and your life is changed forever.

For me personally, I was already doing all the healthy eating, so it came down to doing a brain detox.

Shut down the inflammation in the brain, give it the proper micronutrients to function properly, and re-establish proper brain detox pathways. This is how I fixed my brain.
