In this video, I’m interviewed by The Epoch Times, and I discuss many of the health concerns Americans face today. America spends an incredible amount per capita on healthcare, but the outcomes are not adding up!
Big Pharma and Big Food both contribute to this health crisis. Chronic disease primarily comes from a diet composed of ultra-processed foods. Doctors prescribe medications to treat symptoms that come from the junk food diet, rather than addressing the diet.
Junk food is not food! It’s composed of refined sugars, seed oils, and starches along with colorings, flavorings, and preservatives. Junk food does not sustain life and it’s at the root of chronic disease.
Some people claim that the ketogenic diet is dangerous, but this is untrue. The keto diet involves the breakdown of fat into ketones as an alternative fuel. When you reduce your carb intake, it forces your body to use your fat reserve for fuel. Keto is great for weight loss and can help combat insulin resistance.
When cigarettes lost popularity due to health concerns, tobacco companies bought up the junk food industry. These companies produced profitable food junk food made from dent corn and other cheap materials. A high-carb diet has become normalized for major profits.
RFK Jr. is a non-politician who may be able to sever the relationships between the food industry and the government. Food guidelines are of the utmost importance because the consequences trickle down to the schools, hospitals, assisted living homes, and other places that feed the most vulnerable.
More doctors are beginning to consider food and the whole body when managing disease, moving away from the symptom management model.
It's important not to overlook the function and importance of vitamin D, turmeric, magnesium, and grass-fed red meat. Focusing on disease prevention by building health rather than treating disease is most effective. Eating real food is the most important thing you can do for your health.

I really appreciate your help Dr. Berg, since years.❤
When you’re looking up a specific food that Dr. BERG discussed in a video, and then his newest video pops up.🎉❤🎉. I look every day to see if your JUNK FOOD APP has dropped for Android users. Thank you, kindly, for all your hard work. It is a relief to receive confirmation that I am not crazy about what I’ve been feeling, mentally and physically, about food for a long time. I hope everyone has a wonderful, blessed day.❤❤❤❤
Oh, your not crazy… the junk we are eating is making us all very sick..
Two great shows unite! How American. 🇺🇸

RFK Jr is right only half the time
absolutely!❤🎉
RFK is nuts.
@@TheAstraeuss Compared to who, Fauci?
Why put him with those backstabbing so-called good people, crooked politicians.
It’s good to know that Dr. Berg owns his own farm. makes me appreciate him more.
Sure as long as you can control envy because a lot of people don’t even know if the “grass fed” ground beef they’re eating is healthy
🤷 What?@@Avengedsevenfoldrocks
@@Avengedsevenfoldrocks You don’t make sense. You sound like random words came to your mouth. Can you be more clear?
He might have a goat.
I love doctor berg I’m currently overweight and I’m working on changing my eating habits. I lost 10pounds . With intermediate fasting and it feels great . I take my vitamins and walk as much as I can even around the house . I’m limited in movement due to a disability but it also helps me get my steps in .Yet I’m still burning calories as well as toning and getting my body used to a form of exercise each and every day. Thank you Dr Berg it’s the small things that lead to a healthier life and I am on my way there and totally encouraging my family to do so as well. 🙏🏾
Well done, keep going for the win ! 👍
Try the ideas of oxycise.
It can even be done sitting or in bed. Adding to the better lifestyle, helps get oxygen to your muscles.
Great job!! Keep it up. Stay away from all sugar ☺️
Stay away from spinach and almonds. Oxylate bombs. Meat heavy is the way.
@@BeefNEggs057 easy fix for oxalates: calcium. I drink a glass of raw goat milk after a meal containing oxalates. Which isn’t often because I avoid carbs
Wow! Way to go Dr. Berg! Questions about the state of our health are finally beginning to take the front seat.
Dr. Berg’s knowledge is incredible! The way he explains the connection between diet, chronic disease, and the medical industry is so clear. His personal journey from unhealthy eating to a nutrition expert is inspiring. More people need to hear this message about real food and its impact on health!
Wow I was up around 4 this morning and decided to turn on some TV and ran into Dr Eric Berg! How awesome that was to see how he is impacting networks to get the most healthiest message across! I am elated to say the least. Viewing his videos is so encouraging to me! They give substance to learn from, and apply to my daily living! The proper perspective into eating healthy really defines the meaning of eating to live NOT living to eat! Thank you Dr Berg for your contributions in getting this important information out!❤
American Thought Leaders rocks ! No media outlets dare to interview Dr Berg except The Epoch Times ! Thanks for interviewing Dr Berg to improve the health of people in the world.
I lost 100 lbs following Dr. Berg and when I went to my specialist, I told her I was on Keto. She asked me “ how can you eat all that meat”. 😅I eat 7 oz of meat a day. Doctors don’t study nutrition ( or very little). And neither do nurses. My daughter is a nurse. That’s the problem!
God bless our Dr. Berg!!! What a dream team that would be RFKJr. And Dr. Berg!!!
I have received more answers in regards to my health issues through your video Dr. Berg than my Primary physician. who tells me to just “eat less” or “you are fine” I was 165 lbs. I am 4”11 …now I weight 125 lbs. feeling great, eating the right foods. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤ 🙏
Dr berg reminds me of my father. I start my morning every day watching his videos while I drink my morning coffee. It’s a stress free way to start my day. Nutrition relaxes me for some reason, and he teaches the right way. And he always has new and interesting information.😊
Great to hear from you. Glad the information helps you start the day the right way. Really appreciate the support. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for interviewing Dr. Berg. We live in such a sad state of affairs. Big pharma and big food are killing us.
Truly appreciated, Kellie! Thanks for the support!
I have been keto/low carb for years. There are many aisles at the grocery store that I haven’t been down in a long time…The cereal, juice, baking, bread, chips, cookie & crackers aisles! Now down 130 pounds.. 30 to go! 🌸
Fantastic interview, good to see the host not interrupting and just letting Dr Berg present his case. Rarified media practice
Great .. go Dr Berg.. it will be so wonderful to have a separate division in US Govt focusing on staying healthy, Center for Disease Prevention, healthy diet etc, rather than get sick and treat kind of approach!
