    Thank you for this video and reminder that even someone as athletic and dedicated as yourself sometimes needs to go back a step and build back up. Very encouraging. I want to be able to do a chin up but find it overwhelming and don’t know where to start. Will be watching for day 2 video

    This is coming handy! I’m just starting with the pull ups. Never done a single one so I’ll keep my eye on your videos. 😊 There are always ups and downs, that’s ok. Although it sucks. Let’s keep getting up. ❤

    my 2025 resolution is to be able to do one pull up. I’ve been training for a couple months already and seen some progress little by little. Taking it one day at a time! ❤
