😮I am so guilty of extra crispy food! It’s something about that “crunch”.
Eat seeds and nuts to satisfy the “crunch”.
When I crave that crunch (which is rare nowadays), I will make chicken nuggets using cut up chicken thighs, dipped in egg wash and crushed pork rinds, then shallow fry in beef tallow or lard.
@jypsy.jym.13 if you’re going that route, that’s definitely a much healthier version of what most people are eating.
@@TribbleArtCreations definitely! My family loves it (and is low-carb/animal-based)! My husband will even make a Chick-Fil-Sauce dupe with healthier ingredients that we already have in our fridge/pantry.
@jypsy.jym.13 I love Ranch Dressing, but it’s made with so much garbage. An alternative I found is using Sour Cream, some seasoning and then adding water to make it have drizzling consistency. Most people wouldn’t know the difference.
Notice he didn’t say “crispy bacon.” Why? Probably because that’s his kind of bacon to eat. My point? If you don’t read the details, you might get bilked!
He does not eat bacon.
That’s 90% of the food industry’s revenue.
Well, as the saying goes, you can’t make money out of healthy people
It’s not a food but I have worked with people who were heavy smokers and in their 40’s who looked to be in their 60’s.
That’s genetics, I am 42 and quit last year but I smoked for 20 years and look much younger than 40.
Smoked a pack a day too.
@@jonk5669You might be one of the lucky outliers, just like there are people who are lucky to smoke into their old age without issues.
@@jonk5669Just wait. It’ll catch up to you. Every woman I know that smokes looks old even after they quit.
@@inhim4158No, it won’t. I have exceptional genetics. I look like I’m 20.
Thanks for preparing that useful video😊
i hope God will make you happy in your both lives
Amen.
Back in the 60s to the 80s After eating dinner. Most people going to the TV sitting down. I remember 1 of my brothers would come home from work take a shower and eat. Right after that he’s hit the bed and I used to tell him you need to go walking or find something to do around the house or yard. He ended up with T2 diabetes for years. After I found Dr.berg January of 2022 I told my brother and in 1 year his diabetes was gone. From low carb diet and walking and lots more walking.
You are 💯% right, Dr. Berg!🔥
I like to test the foods on me. I notice most rashes come mostly from these three things. The most common areas are the wrists, knees, ankles, and the face.
What about cold pressed flax seed oil?
Its okay
Thank you, Dr. Berg.
just stay away from high glycemic foods and processed food yall. 🙋🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️
True, whan I eat chips next day I can clearly see on my skin
🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢
So what’s bad for my skin.. oh literary 90% of the food in the supermarket ahah
Yep. I used to read labels. Now if it has a label I don’t eat it.
Thanks you for saying that captain obvious
I regularly consume a tablespoon of cold pressed hemp oil and cold pressed virgin olive oil.
Lots of oil and lemon on tabouli very nice indeed
This is the whole list of my favourites 😢
With the charred and crispy or fried foods I find the oil to be the main factor
i just know that 0 calorie sugar that usually small packaged paper is more dangerous than common sugar
Charred and crispy is where the flavor resides.
I’ve lost a significant amount of weight since I stopped consuming and cut back on things..
Like, fast food, sugars, maltodextrin, all seed oils, and high-carb foods.
Dr. Berg’s channel is consistently changing my life for the better!
