    I do the dead hangs but I dont have pulup bar so I tied a thin-ish branch on a rope on both ends in my yard on a tree, my hands hurt after like 5 seconds of hanging but its all I have 😂

    I started my journey to a pull up. To my sad surprise, my grip is my main handicap at the moment 😂😢
