    I always buy wild caught salmon, flounder, walnuts and old fashioned oats.

    Good suggestions of foods but all I was catching was those whole foods prices 😮

    Walnuts are better to not buy almonds with skin on them they have lectins that ripped yourselves apart and Oates aren’t all that good for you you’re better with some kind of coconut in your life and maybe I’m not sure what kind of cereal you’re better off eating pistachios
