    I’m 57 and about hour 65 I get really tired and wonky. What am I doing wrong

      Definitely consider electrolytes. That is a big one.
      Sometimes using ketones will help you as well.

    Also I take hbp meds and other meds, does this break a fast, not a achieving autophagy??

      Yes, I have. I don’t talk about it on the channel much because most people have no interest in it.

    I would love for try this fast but I get very hungry and get headaches please advise what can I do to stop the hunger.

      If you drink enough pure spring water you won’t get hungry like you do on a diet, you will probably get headaches on the first day as the toxins release from your body but after that you will feel much better, after 3 days your headaches will probably go, just gotta flush out all the toxins. Taking diatomaceous Earth would also help, it has to be the food grade type, it will soak up the toxins in the colon that are causing the headaches ❤

    I thought could have bone broth during a fast. What about b vitamin complex supplement would help with that fatigue etc and could take omega 3s also I’d assume so. 🤔

    I fast 3 days a week ,MonWedFri, one tweak I started- is to make Tuesday a near 0 carb day so as to view mon-wed as one fast in terms of insulin. Mentally I’d find a 3 day fast challenging in the way single day fasts are not. (oh and I need my coffee) , I feel that it doesnt affect autophagy as I didnt have loose skin the one time I lost significant weight

    Nick, my electrolytes have sweetner – sucralose in it, would thst affect my fast?

      If your doing it for weight loss no, if your doing it to reset your immune system then probably yes.

    id like to try a 3 day water fast , present my BMI is 21.5 ,so afraid becoming underweight

    It’s actually much easier to go without food than you’d expect, the first day can be difficult if your full of toxins as you might get headaches as the toxins release but you won’t feel hungry like you do on a diet providing you drink enough pure spring water. I’ve done a ten day fast before and could have easily done longer, it does wonders for your mental state ❤
