3 Day Water Fast | A How To Guide is a video where I give you my own experience with a 3 day water fast and show you how you can do this style of fasting yourself.

A 3 day water fast is very beneficial to the body. Sure longer fasts are also great but for those of us that have very busy schedules doing a 4-10 day water fast just isn't reasonable. 3 Day water fasts benefits exceed those that you will receive from intermittent fasting or even OMAD. I prefer doing the 3 day water fast once every other month.

3 day water fast ketosis is a awesome bio-hack. If you are in the state of ketosis prior to the fast you will find that you don't crash as you would switching from sugar burning to fat burning during the fast itself.

3 day water fast weight loss is always a important benefit of the fast. When you are fasting you spare muscle and your body burns that fat around the waist and the visceral fat that is associated with so many diseases. Weight loss and fasting go very well together and is considered to be a healthy way to accomplish fat loss. This water cleanse over the 3 days will give your body time to detox, heal, and rejuvenate as fasting is a health strategy that is almost required for good health.

Many people ask how they can navigate a 3 day water fast with exercise and it is important to realize that the 3 day fast is a time for your body to heal and recover. Pushing the exercise hard while fasting is never recommended. When fasting we like to stick to like exercises that keep the body moving but nothing strenuous like long distance cardio or heavy weight training.

    Thank you for the information ! This video motivated me to do a water fast. I started eating veggies and fruits to prepare myself and tomorrow I will finally do it. I currently weigh 130 and I really want to cleanse my body of its toxins and have more muscle since my body is pretty much a lot of fat and no muscle. It will be a 3 day fast. Wish me luck !

    I tell my office mates about benefits of fasting and they look at me like I’m a lunatic. The fear of missing food is so embedded on us that fasting as healing will be difficult to integrate in our society.

    I have been doing IF for several weeks feeling great! So I started a few days ago a 61 hours fasting, I wanted to do a complete 3 days fasting, but the morning of the last fasting day, I felt so bad and so tired, that I rather listened to my body and ate something. I don’t know why my body reacted like that, but nevertheless I do believe in fasting and IF benefits, but you need to listen to your body too. Also, although they say that you feel more energized I never felt like that, unlike when I do Intermittent fasting. It was weird, if anyone have any comments I would appreciate it!

    Day 2 of water fasting and working out,it really was easy for me ,all I had to do was fill up on a lot of water,I worked out so far but I also walk from school to home,which is like a 23 minute walk👌🏻👏🏻💜

    Also I figured it out myself, as a ciggaret smoker, I dont feel the need to smoke while fasting and it also tastes really bad aswell. For any smoker who wants to stop smoking, I recommend fasting aswell! 🙂

      I’m on a 3 day water fast and I still smoke marijuana. Don’t know if will still have any effects but one thing for sure is when I smoke, I can really feel the emptiness inside my body I can imagine all the smoke circulating in my lungs. And 2 hits of weed I’m goneeeeee my tolerance definitely went down

    Just coming to the end of a 72hr water fast and it’s by far the easiest one I’ve done (this is my fourth). Must be down to adopting a keto diet for two weeks before (also sugar/fruit free), plus plenty of salt water and carbonated. I’ve even been exercising a fair bit. Treating myself to a 24hr dry fast for last day as it’s gone so well, to boost autophagy. Feel great!

      Yes because it’s water.. but one pound is fat. But if you combine intermittent fasting with maybe 2-4 longer fast (3-5 days), you’ll gain health benefits as well as sustain weight loss.. as long as you watch carbs. Add excersize and you’re golden.. I just walk/hike year round, no gym.

    At this moment im on hour: 33 of 3 days fast, for first time. 2 amazing things that gave me motivation: 1. 100% bad breath has gone thanks to no foods getting in. 2. On the 2nd days i can do much more exercise than my body willing to do a day before.

    I’m 26.5 hours into my 3 days fast! I started Sunday at 1pm bc doing this on the weekend would be hard with the kids. I went from 3 days of intermittent fasting to only water. So far so good. Wish me luck!

    I’ve been doing interval fasting for almost a year now, only really eating between 2PM and 10PM.
    I’ve also went a day or so without eating sometimes and I feel like fasting is a fascinating experience. I will try a water fast in the upcoming days!

    Starting my water fast tomorrow. I’m 14 and anywhere from 117-121 pounds. Not doing this for weight loss, I’m doing this for religious practice. Self control is a beautiful thing, having self control will allow you to no longer crave nor desire wants. Let’s get this!
