Thanks for watching! I hope this helps increase your awareness of the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. I’ll see you in the next video.
I wish I had known all this throughout my kids and my own rearing.Forever grateful for you doctor Berg ! Followed you for around five years now and yet as I said, wish I had known all this prior….IT ALLLLLL MAKES SENSE! INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF SENSE!
Thank you Dr. Berg for all the research you do. You are a real physician. Not like the ones paid by the government in England who don’t really care if you get better or not. You stand out in your field and your advice and optimism keep us hanging on with some positivity that we can improve our own help with good advice from people like yourself. Thank you again. 😊
Very glad to be of help!
Or Canada they don’t even want to hear what you got to say especially if you have to many problems! Sad
Outstanding info as usual. We need Dr Berg in charge of the FDA so the truth would be taught, told and enforced and the garbage off the market
It’s actually terrible because Dr Berg has got Vitamin D wrong completely here. Vitamin D deficiency is actually an indicator of a Magnesium deficiency. Taking more vitamin D will actually make the Magnesium deficiency worse so can’t meaningfully increase vitamin D levels. It’s Dr Berg’s lack of understanding on this matter that has him recommending super doses of vitamin D but this could actually be damaging people’s health. Most of the symptoms in the video are directly related to a Magnesium deficiency not a Vitamin D deficiency, it just seems like it’s vitamin D because low magnesium causes low vitamin D. The fix is to first fix your magnesium deficiency. Any Vitamin D video that doesn’t focus on Magnesium is potentially harmful and not in the interest of optimal health.
At 76 I can’t help but reflect on how different my life would have been with this knowledge. I hope young people are sitting up and paying very close attention. I have lived with all of these symptoms my whole life and it wasn’t fun. Thank you Dr. Berg. At least I have a better understanding of unseen influences that were directing my development and choices. 🇨🇦❤️

One is never too young to start learning, if only young people understood this.
Its not your fault, radium was only banned from consumer products in 1968!
I too have had most of these symptoms
I never gave two thoughts to needing D because I’m outdoors all day. Turns out when you have gut issues, you can’t convert it into a bio available form!
I’ve had too many of these symptoms all my life.😢
1. Nightmares
2. Restless leg syndrome
3. Acne
4. Bipolar
5. Skipped heartbeat/arithmyia
6. Breathing disorders
7. Skin disorders (psoriasis/eczema)
8. Sinus issues

Basically your immune system depends on vitamin D3 to be able to fight any disease not just those listed.
@@JCX-9 correct.
@@myjourney703 The list of benefits of vitamin D is extensive no doubt. The sun literally gives life to the entire planet so surely it will be massively beneficial for us.
No such thing as Lonnng anything, more like vax damage.
@@myjourney703 : It does, but not everybody makes vitamin D in their skin equally. So, a redhead (with very light skin) has fewer layers of skin to contain melanin, and less melanin in each layer,so that the sunlight’s uv rays penetrate more easily and more vitamin D is made in a shorter amount of time. Her best friend goes outside and spends as much time doing the same activities with her, with darker skin tends to have more layers of skin, and each layer has more pigment in it, which filters out the sunlight. So unlike her redheaded body, the dark skinned friend makes far less vitamin D, but for her there’s an upside to the darker skin leading less uv in: She’s far less likely to end up with malignant melanoma.
So the redheaded buddy ends up having to wear more sunscreen, and the dark skinned friend could benefit from vitamin D3 supplements.
That’s important to know, especially if you have very dark skin.

What is the recommeded amount of vitamin d to take?
@@talsingh451 anywhere from 10,000 to 40,000 iu from his previous videos… remember to take k2 as well 100micrograms for every 10,000 iu of D3

Vitamin D helped me overcome a 22 year history of colitis! 10 months ago I saw Dr Berg’s videos on vitamin D and autoimmune diseases. I started following his protocol and within days my symptoms were getting better!! 3 months ago I was deprescribed from my colitis medicine. Two days ago I had a follow-up colonoscopy which revealed no inflammation!! Along the way I lost 45 lbs, and was deprescribed from 2 blood pressure medications. I thank you!!
That’s awesome, congratulations.
I love this. Congrats.
That is excellent!
Wow!🎉
I get 1-2 episodes a year since I was 13 years old, so don’t think it has comeback as it never goes we have it for life I guess. But that is so awesome for you, getting off those meds and the weight loss should make you feel like a NEW PERSON.
Interestingly, almost every one of these describes me from childhood to adulthood. I’m not surprised, but it sure does explain a lot of my issues. Thanks Dr. Berg!
Looking back on my childhood I was probably vitamin D deficient my whole life. I was diagnosed in my 50’s when I was being tested for celiac. Also looking back at my children’s childhood and adulthood, I bet they were also. I’m going to share this video with them. Thank you!
its a reallization we all have once we take vit d for 3 days.
I am a 62-year-old African American woman who currently maintains a daily regimen of 40,000 IU of vitamin D3, alongside 100 mcg of vitamin K2. Following Dr. Berg’s guidance, it is recommended to take 100 mcg of vitamin K2 for every 10,000 IU of vitamin D3. Regarding the matter of urinary incontinence, I am grateful to report that I do not experience this issue.
if you eat unhealthy food, don´t think that high dose D vill save you! Better to eat healthy , unprocessed food, no supplements at all than unhealthy food, suger, smoking etc and lots of D Vit.
@@ml-hy2sh Even eating “healthy” has its drawbacks with the use of GMOs and pesticides also the fact most westerners are completely deficient due to being indoors all day. If anything, a North American should be taking a Vit D supplement especially in the winter.
The research indicates you cannot gain the same benefits from supplements as having a healthy lifestyle aka getting lots of sunlight and eating plenty of vitamin rich(full-fat!) foods such as raw dairy in the form of milk or cheeses. I’m sick of seeing adverts for supplements.. eat real food and get in the sun!
@cherylrleigh1912 you mentioned that in your comment, are you taking daily 40,000 iu of vitamin d and for how long
what if I cant eat dairy because of rosacea? Please respond if you can, thank you.@@jessica6513
I had a major Vitamin D deficiency issue a few years ago and even though I was taking vitamin D my body wasn’t absorbing it. My doctor told me to make sure that on top of taking vitamin D that I also sit in the sun for 20 minutes three times a week. It definitely made a huge difference
How about 60 minutes once a week?
Vit D a besoin de Magnésium.

Sounds like you have a good doctor.
I have a great Intergrative medical doctor who always goes with holistic medicine before western. She’s fantastic and even today I had a high dose vitamin C drip and while I was getting that she suggested that next time to boost my vitamin D we might do a shot of it.
Thank you, Dr. Berg, for giving us the proper ratio of Vitamin K2 to D3. You may have mentioned it in a past video that I missed. But the first couple of D3/K2 videos of yours that I watched (about a year ago) mentioned no ratio, so I was left to research it on my own. Glad you made it plain here.
Hello Dr Berg, thank you very much for your growth boost tipps. Because im not the tallest guy, i was concerned about the development of my kids and bumped into your videos inclunding growth boost.
Since end of january i tried to follow your tipps as close as possible, and also forced my kids to eat healthy stuff, such as scrambled eggs or paprika, because they refuesd to eat those things since infancy and also threw up, caused by not being used to it, being forced and not getting their will. Now they eat it regulary. Still with a slight distaste, but they accept it now.
My just turned 11y old daughter made 8cm and is now 150cm and my just turned 6y boy made approx. 6.5cm and is now at 118,5cm. Their “rapid” growth has also been recognized by others.
Thank you very much.
Dr Berg!! Thank you so much for your genuine love to care for people and actually TEACH US about the body!! You and your family are in our prayers to continue no matter what YouTube tries to do. I think I can speak for many when I say WE WILL FALLOW YOU WHEREVER YOU GO!!! I actually got a rumble account because of you. GOD bless you for truly caring to help others. 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I would like to add to this list the 3 major symptoms I had when diagnosed with low vit D level of 6: EXTREME FATIGUE, MANY TENDER AND PAINFUL SPOTS along my muscles and SUNKEN FINGERNAILS. ALL of these went away a few weeks after i was treated with vit D.
He’s absolutely correct! From my flat feet- to loooong periods, heart palpitations and Vertigo, that I’ve experienced myself diminishing to absolutely gone with the introduction of D3/K2 the past 4 years all have gone to include plantar fasciitis- since I went Keto and supplemented . Thank y you SO SO much Dr Berg 🦋
r vitamins that we can also take to help . I believe mine got messed up due to me being on the stupid contraception . I live a pretty healthy life I’d say so I go to the gym I do have a balanced diet , my sleep is something I need to work on 100%
What can I take / buy ?

Tart cherry juice ( either bottled or supplement)

Thank you doctor Berg. You have no idea how much this is helping. My 9 years old daughter has at least 4 of these symptoms and I never thought of vit D deficiency. Flat feet, scoliosis, wheezing, tonsil stones all the time, headaches and tons of mucus. We treated everything separately. It all makes sense now, thanks to you❤
