    Very correct. U get up I go jog then stretch them shower n food. I have a dozen eggs and oatmeal for breakfast the eggs are boiled. Anything to do as soon as you wake up just like what he just did makes you feel better start off your day well. Have a great one everybody hope everybody had a great holidays.
