Taking Magnesium daily changed my life.

Taking magnesium daily is the single greatest way I have ever improved my quality of life through supplementation.

It improved my quality of sleep, reduced anxiety, and certainly helped with stress.

    I severely pulled my left diastases recti muscle, in fact I may have had a small tear – extremely painful – my OBGYN said take Magnesium – my primary care dr said why are you taking magnesium, you don’t need it – I knew better and kept taking it
