This is a good mobility arm routine 😊 however the title being called wrist strengthening is unfortunately just clickbait as only one movement in the routine would actually help the wrists. I’m not knocking the vid or the channel just asking you to be more aware of your titles please. I’m a certified MA- namaste 🙏
