ME too – I’m not doing too much first day… and will work a little bit in each day! THANK YOU! It’s great to have exercises in short spurts!

One of the more challenging 15 min workouts I’ve come across. Great instruction too!

This was fantastic! I did this with a bunch of my family members and it was suited to all of us at different ability levels. Great video!!

I’ve been doing this twice a week for the past 4 weeks along with a resistance lower body workout once a week and I’ve noticed such a difference in my core! It’s a great feeling to be able to go lower and lower without all the shaking i was experiencing before. Would love to see more of these 15 minute full body pilates videos!!

Just perfect for topping off a 30 minute cardio workout prior – I used to have a Pilates class to do on Monday mornings and miss it much!

    • Well+Good on February 10, 2021 at 11:43 pm

Yes, love the idea of adding this to a cardio sesh!

  7. maan on June 21, 2020 at 7:10 am

Been doing this for 2 and a half weeks on and off now and I already feel and see changes without changing my diet. Also love that it only takes 15 minutes ♥️

I was looking for some other exercises to include in my personal training (mostly strength & core). Enjoyed several things I think I can include with my “mature” clients (many over 80 and unbelievably strong). Easy to understand and I will include in my own workouts. Thank you so much!

  9. Lisa Farrell on December 1, 2020 at 10:50 pm

started pilates in school and really enjoyed it and loved how easy these instructions were. A bit hard but i plan to do this for the whole month of december so hopefully we see changes

Hatte noch Muskelkater von gestern, dachte so schwer kann das nicht sein, ist vllt so bisschen wie ne stretching routine und rehab.
    Kann mich jetzt nichtmehr bewegen.
    Danke Kayla

It didn’t look as hard till I did it , it was great my glutes and abs were on fire 🔥♡

  13. Annik Hinten ohne A on July 7, 2021 at 1:51 pm

This is such a tough one! Using it as a challenge three times a week after my pilates workout to really push myself. Havent fully mastered it yet, but that only pushes me even more! Thx a lot!

  14. Meghan McDonald on August 28, 2021 at 4:20 am

This is one of the most challenging 15 minute workouts I’ve found. My friends will recommend 40 min workouts that don’t compare to this 😂 needless to say I return to it often

    • Just2bad on May 29, 2022 at 10:43 pm

      Try going to the gym💀

    • Bianca Mathe Reichelt on August 19, 2022 at 5:20 am

I know what you mean. I workout a lot and include strength work as well. But, this speed me how tight my hips were. I have no problem with push-ups but those sided tilt hip-lifts did me in. I feel like this is more challenging to me than other workouts that could be more challenging to other people. So, I see what you mean🪄

    • Vi on November 6, 2022 at 3:30 am

@Just2bad lifting weights is useless/dangerous if you don’t have the right form, this is a good way to start getting active

*This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes **Tricks.Yoga** I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It’s always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!*

Thank you so much for this video. 💖 Perfect for days when I’m in a rush but still want to take some time for my body to workout. 💕

  17. Clodagh Scott on January 4, 2022 at 10:29 am

Just made it the end for the first time in a month! Feels great. Love these exercises

  18. Namara Swillum on February 7, 2022 at 11:31 pm

Hoping to start exercising again, and planning to use this video. Can’t do high impact exercise anymore and learned that pilates is what I should be doing to maintain my muscle strength.

  19. Karen Louise Fletcher on March 29, 2022 at 5:43 pm

This was harder than I expected but doable.
    Thank you.
