    Very very well done. Relaxing. Great job. If you don’t do this you can get hurt if you do it it’s relaxing. Everybody has at least an hour a day for yourself. You don’t use it you lose it stretch don’t get hurt and even if you don’t like lifting weights don’t. Do what works for you stretching out of this helps you not to get hurt you feel better
