Problem is that all these symptoms wont happen all at once, only one or two at the same time, so many people wont think of an imminent heart attack

While I was visiting my friend in the hospital. I noticed a food truck in front of the hospital, the cafeteria and patients food + drink machines Was like a bad dream

I’m shocked at the level of sugar being served in hospitals and blood banks. But if all they’ve been taught for 50 years is meat and fat are bad…? All that’s left is sugar. SAD.

    • @micker9830 on September 13, 2024 at 3:15 pm

Sounds like you have an exciting life. If you watch enough youtube health videos, you won’t even want to drink water. Just eat things in moderation, exercise and enjoy life. Don’t be a fatty also lol.

You didn’t mention “phantom tooth ache”, probably associated with the jaw pain you mentioned, but before my heart attack and subsequent bypass surgery I had two molars removed from my RH upper jaw. The dentist didn’t want to take them out because he couldn’t see anything wrong with the teeth, but I insisted on both separate occasions that the teeth were aching and had to come out. My Cardiologist called it “referred pain”.

What I love about ketosis is that energy has increased My stomach it’s a game changer getting flat and I used to hate going to the doctor and Now I love it especially getting good Lab results, My sweet tooth is gone most of all I can enjoy my life again after so many years of Bad health and severe pain.

Thank you, most people have the early signs of heart problem, but they think it comes with the age! Signs of getting old!

  14. @dawnhomes7035 on September 13, 2024 at 11:54 am

I just went through this and the only sign I had was angina and severe PVCs/ palpitations. If you get PVCs out of no where and they come and go but never fully go away then this is a sign of your heart struggling. I hope this helps someone.

  15. @mariehughey5390 on September 13, 2024 at 12:07 pm

I did not have a heart attack BUT I was having angina that got worse over several months. My doctor was in denial but I consulted a cardiologist who put me on a Holter monitor. 6 weeks later an angiogram showed ONE artery 70% blocked. Heart attack averted! All my tests had been in normal range. Trust what your BODY is telling you.

    • @KAT-dg6el on September 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm

Good thing the doctor didn’t give you a statin and tell you to go home.

    • @mariehughey5390 on September 13, 2024 at 2:06 pm

@@KAT-dg6elthat’s exactly what my primary doctor did. She seemed annoyed when I told her I was going to see a cardiologist. Six months later she was as apologetic as I had hoped she might be. But as we know, most doctors do as the bloodwork dictates. In my case, the blood showed that I was fine.

    • @now591 on September 13, 2024 at 5:13 pm

@@mariehughey5390 How did you resolve the blocked artery?

    • @almackinnon8774 on September 13, 2024 at 6:24 pm

I avoid CT scans and always ask for MRIs. There is no dangerous radiation with MRIs. Try to limit CT scans as they are much higher in radiation than normal xrays. Glad to hear you are ok

Thank you for this clear explanation. I have been struggling with A-Fib for the past seven years. Wanted to share my mother’s experience in hopes it may help someone else. Along with the incredible fatigue along with a few of the symptoms mentioned; she did not have chest, arm, or shoulder pain but kept complaining that her tongue felt incredibly heavy. I am a nurse & figured it was her heart & started with her chewing aspirin. She ended up with 4 stents, 2 90% occlusions & 2 75%. That was over 20 years ago & has done well since. So keep eye out for those weird signs & symptoms, not everyone fits in the box.

My husband had the pain and tightening in his jaw and neck. He then had an increasing numbness and severe pain in his left leg. He had an aortic tear and dissection. Blood was not getting to his extremities. Thank God I was home and knew right away it was his heart and I called 911. He was life flighted to Cleveland Clinic where an amazing surgeon and team of medical professionals saved his life.

  19. @makyu9176 on September 13, 2024 at 2:14 pm

A month before my grandmother passed away, she was feeling heaviness in the chest and shoulders. I told her three times to get it checked with the doctor during that time. One week before she passed away she was feeling diziness, while she did manage to see a doctor, unfortunately it was not a cardiologist and she was just given medicine for migraine. Four days before she passed away, she was sweating heavily and had discomfort in her stomach, we all just assumed it was constipation. And on her last few hours, she had intense stomach pain that she never felt before and was rushed to the emergency room and after a few minutes she had a heart attack and cardiac arrest. I only wish I took her symptoms more seriously and have seen more educational life saving videos like this since my other grandmother died of heart failure and my uncle died of a heart attack this 2024 as well.

  20. @fronniebealer7808 on September 13, 2024 at 4:18 pm

I had some of these, but went keto before I could get to the cardiologist. They have all been alleviated. Yay!
