I was wondering if you could do a video solely on type 1 diabetes and ways of controlling it. Being a type 1 diabetic is tiring, and even more tiring since majority of info is focused on type 2.

So the large “freckles” on hands, arms, legs, and face that some people call “liver spots” could actually be a sign of a liver problem? I have been on a keto diet for nearly a year. About 4 months ago I noticed the dark spots on the back of my hands were lighter. Now there are about half the number. They are disappearing. My skin in general has improved noticeably in the last year. Not to mention all my bloodwork is in mid-normal range. At 69 years old I feel fabulous.
I would say congratulations are in order on your tremendous improvement!

I just found out it’s 77 my feet are in great shape. Don’t have any of those things you listed. You made my day!
I have too high levels of uric acid. The doctor told me to stop eating red meat, i did the opposite. I have now been eating low carb for 3 months. I didnt know that eating low carb would regulate it, but i thought after wathing your videos that it must help. So now i got my confirmation from you that it helps, and I’m really excited to see how my uric acid is on the next blood test. I also converted one of my friends and my dad to low carb.

Sugar and carbs are hurting and killing people every other day. I remember having T2 diabetes buying sweets and eating rice, pasta and even sugar free stuff. I started reading the ingredients on everything and learning how to beat diabetes. I rather eat mashed cauliflower and cauliflower rice Before any type of rice. Brown rice and wild rice is still a carbs. Mindset is powerful and I love waking up every day. Keto fasting is the Key 🗝 Also lots of walking and finding something to do. Get 2 moving around the house and yard. God is good .

My feet are now absolutely perfect in my early 40s and unlike in my twenties due to completely changing my diet and exercising and especially walking daily. I just need to try and make some friends and extend my social circle ⭕️
The social circle stresses could cause binge eating, depression and ultimately back to your twenties specially if your social circle is shared with your wife . 😅😂😅 just kidding.
