My health has improved 100%! I almost died…down to 98 pounds, and no one knew why. I did some research, went vegan, and got better. Turned out, I’m allergic to animal products!
@Miguel Albarran no…I’m really allergic. And it’s not just the pus.
@malmsteen2013 why would you care about the cooks feelings? Did they care about the animal feeling. This is your life.
Oh wow!
@malmsteen2013bl n
Wow.
My boyfriend and I did Veganuary together and it changed our lives! My boyfriend has always been a massive carnivore, but his digestion has always suffered immensely because of it. He had no idea what was causing his digestion issues, even the doctors couldn’t work it out when he ended up in hospital with bowel bleeding. 2 weeks into Veganuary and I kid you not, his digestion completely cleared up and it changed his whole perspective on food and what he should/shouldn’t be eating! He’s gone from being really ignorant about veganism and slating it, to embracing it and raving about it to people!!!
Holy crap I think I just figured out why my bf has digestive problems. Thank you!!!

The doctors are INCOMPETENTS! Most of them are the real parasites of society.
“Dr.Michael Klaper explain how the North American Diet is causing Heart Attacks at a massive rate and what can be done, to greatly avoid that.
A study of U.S. Department of Agriculture shows that the average American eats in a Lifetime 15 Cows,24 Hogs,12 Sheep,900 chickens and 1000 lbs. of other “Assorted” Animals
( fish, sea food ),which is a tremendous amount of Animal Flesh to be consumed by the human body.
The effect of such a diet is High Blood Pressure, Clogged Arteries, High Cholesterol, Heart Attacks, Strokes and Cancer.
Most of the Fat is hidden in the Muscles of Animals and in Diary products.
Fast Food Industry, they really don’t want you to Know How Much Fat is in their burgers and fries.
Animal Fat comes in three “Flavors” in the North American Diet:
1. Comes in the form of Real Meat (the Fat is in the fibers of animal muscle);
2. Comes in the form of Eggs (1 egg = 6 grams of Saturated Fat + 275 milligrams of Cholesterol);3. Comes in the form of Cows MILK (which was intended Exclusively for Baby Cows).
The BUTTER FAT from Milk is used to make Butter, Ice Cream, Chocolate, Sour Cream, Cheese – all of them are turning your blood Fat.
The Animal Fat Clogged on the Arteries causes ATHEROSCLEROSIS.
Atherosclerosis – also called Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease is the BUILD-UP OF FATS, CHOLESTEROL, IN and ON THE ARTERY WALLS – and it is NARROWING THE BLOOD VESSEL – Resulting HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

J E – I cannot help myself, was that an intended pun? I have lived with digestive issues and it is no fun at all. I have found smoothies which I include 2 TB Chia seeds, and 2TB of Flax seeds, then the spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. Start with smaller doses of the Chia and Flax seeds as it does take the body time to adjust. I love my smoothies with Almond Milk, blue berries, mangoes and some nuts. It has helped me more than I ever thought possible. May the both of you find some solutions which work well for the both of you. Having a partner in life makes it more fun. So enJOY 😊 and best of luck on your new journey. Also, if you can afford a Vitamix I cannot say enough about ours. You can find them on-line refurbished and they are a great company to work with. We are always amazed at just how well is works and helps with the digesitive process. 🌻🌞🌿🌴 Heather sending sunshine from Arizona.
It’s because we have long digestive tracts which means were meant to be vegans herbivores anyway if you look in nature all the carnivores have short digestive tracts we’re not even biologically set up to eat meat
I cured my depression (without anti – depressants) and lost 60 pounds when I went vegan! Best decision I’ve ever made in my life. My skin is so clear that it glows now and people always ask me what foundation I’m wearing. I don’t even wear foundation only lipstick! Also, my blood pressure went down tremendously and I no longer get tired because I have so much energy!! I also see a big change in when I workout too. I feel amazing when I workout and run, I can actually complete a whole workout now and run for a longer duration without breathing like I’m dying! 😂 Funny but It’s true! I was so overweight and had zero energy. I seriously love everything little change going vegan has done to my body inside and out. Life is amazing!!!!
I should also mention that I have not been sick in 3 years. I was vegetarian for a while before I went vegan too. No flu, no cold, no allergies…. nothing. Go vegan! Just try it out for a week and see what happens!
lol
And I became deprrssed from veganism. Didnt have any fat too loose so it started taking my brain 🙁
I read that you were vegetarian before you went vegan and I want to know what animal products you were eating
@Totalrecall 2022 really? You still look fat
@Eli
Hi there,
I, personally, would recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves and not mankind. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas.
I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are ‘dead’ plant food that cannot benefit one’s ‘living’ cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body’s ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be ‘soy’ and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white rice, white bread and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body’s building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
Best wishes

My menstrual cramps decreased a ton and my skin really cleared up when I went vegan 6 months ago. I’ve also managed to maintain my weight while marathon training which is a very huge success.
My fam keeps shading me for being vegan. I wont stop tho. Im doing whats best for me and i dont care what anyone else thinks. #vegan
Yasssss fabulous queen!
They are just jealous they dont have your drive to do what is good for them.
And do what’s best for the innocent animals
I thought you do this for the environment not yourself

If I could love this video instead of liking it I would! Love the way you talk about it and how sincere you are without trying to push it on people. One of the things that bothers me a lot is when I talk about going vegan, people (jokingly or not) say, “you better not convert me!” It is the better way to go, but I’m not going to force anyone to do anything, I’d rather inspire them. Thank you for talking about it in such a calm, kind way!
Brand new vegan here (I’m starting my second week now) and I’ve lost 5 pounds and no longer have to deal with bloating! Looking forward to a lifetime of health and happiness ❤❤❤
I’m 55 years old and just became vegan last year. My health issues have pretty much gone away (pain, inflammation, hypertension), my skin cleared up, and I have a lot more energy. I’ve had a lot of trouble with depression and anxiety, and the vegan lifestyle has lifted that as well. I have more confidence and focus.
Same here . I used to have stomach pain , but now it’s all gone
Thank you for sharing this. Another testimony to get me on the path. I was really impacted by the fact that you got rid of depression and anxiety, Both things I am dealing with right now.
*inspiration* thank you!
Love it!
@Dion Silas I really believe that because everything is energy and energy transfers
I noticed in a few of your other videos, and you just confirmed my feeling. I really dig that you live and promote your life style without shaming everyone else. Like your family I’ve been watching the vegans around me eating better and feeling better. So I started digging around Youtube for info and felt meat shamed by most of what I’ve seen until now. My wife and I are trying to clean up our life styles so I started by cutting out 90% of my meat intake. After a few weeks all of the swelling in my ankles slowing went away. Your channel is the dopest.

I’ve been vegan for a month. I’ve lost 7 pounds without even counting a calorie or working out. I had an exema patch behind my ear that went away and my skin in general is clearing up.
Your smile, your energy, your honesty, and beauty, all shining good job sis 😭💪🏽👏🏽🧠
Things that happened to me when I went vegan: My skin cleared up, I lost around 10 pounds, my cramps weren’t as bad, I felt happier and lighter, and I became much more aware of the food I was putting in my body. Overall I just felt better
Yes I noticed I don’t get cramps anymore either and my skin is almost perfect
Same here aI haven’t had any menstrual cramps after switching to only plant based nutrition.
I used to cramp so bad I would lay in bed for first 1-2 days of my period. I literally don’t cramp anymore. Very occasionally I’ll get a little twinge of discomfort, but nothing I can’t get through the day with or have to take meds for. I used to take ibuprofen like candy for cramps but now not necessary! 💕

she absolutely glows. I’ve been off the animals for 4 months now and it feels like the best decision I’ve ever made
I’m a vegetarian going vegan, and this video helped a lot 💕
Hi what is the difference between vegetarian and vegan
@S vegetarian still consume dairy products. Vegan is completely animal free
@S vegans don’t consume milk products and don’t use animal products.
I’m on a journey of becoming a vegetarian , it just baby steps. Then later vegan.
@Aryama Chatterjee ight cool thanks I do est those from time to time
@Just Breathe
You like abusing animals then. You don’t care about them enough to stop torturing them.
@Teresa José lol nope
@lucy anderson make sure you’re eating enough calories on a day
@Just Breathe going vegan isn’t hard when you’re already lactose intolerant
Great video! After going vegan, I lost over 60 pounds, bad knee pains went away within 1 week, and I have more energy! Been vegan for over 18 months now!
I have very bad knee pain also. I’m ready to change my diet
What did you eat to substitute meat that has the necessary vitamins? Did you have to take (vitamin) pills?
@Willy Wonka Hemp Seeds, Nuts, Baolbab powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, do ur research.
Great video!! 👊 I’ve been vegan for 15 years and I just turned 40, looking and feeling 25! I also beat MS, allergies and hypothyroidism and haven’t had as much as an aspirin in a decade. For me it’s all about the animals, I see all this as a bonus! 💚🌱
I super appreciate people like you who are vegan for encouraging and teaching us your ways & how to go more plant-based without* shaming or insulting people 🙏💕thank you!
I just transitioned to being vegan. Its been 1 week & I already feel soooo much better & i also lost 9lbs which is amazing because i am also on a weight loss journey. I feel happier & so much healthier. I cant believe its only been a week!
You two are adorable! Your food is amazing! Going Vegan with my Mom today! We have worked our way up to two meals a day vegan, so now we have transitioned our breakfasts to Veganism and are fully committed! I can see you love what you do! Stay strong and amazing!
