    Any tips to reduce strong cravings??

      Do a 24hr fast or even a 3 day fast. Cut back on grains. The more you feed your imbalanced gut bacteria carbs, you will still want sugar. Also taking an L-glutamine powder (it’s an amino acid) can help greatly with cravings. If those two suggestions don’t sound good to you, up your protein and find a way to deal with stress and find things that you can do that excite you. Sugar cravings can be caused by your brain wanting a dopamine kick.

    Not had sugar for 2 months, not had any more energy. Not noticed any changes whatsoever. No taste changes . not missed it though much either. My skin is just the same. and not improved. Not lost much weight 2kgs only.

      Then you’re not eating enough protein and good fats maybe? Also sugar is hidden in processed foods. What does your overall nutrition look like currently?

      @@courtneyderouen Yes eat lots of good fats,no processed food,just now and again. Eating not so much red mreat too expensive to buy in Sweden.

The benefits you’ll be getting are huge like, heart health, lower risk of cancer, younger-looking skin, healthier teeth, better mood. Just be cautious when you go shopping, cause the majority of food stores have added sugar. From meat products like sausages to peanut butter and even bread.       @@ericc.5460 YES! Me too. BUT…THEY put sugar in everything, even ham, and some Turkeys! it’s a cryin’ shame! It’s so $$$ to eat healthy, but so worth it.

      @eyeYQ2  don’t eat ham and turkey. Have steak, salmon, hamburger patties, tuna, chicken, etc. Don’t need to be organic or grass fed. Just eat those meats that aren’t highly processed and you will be fine. Also, very little to no fruit. Eat low carb vegetables. Avocados, eggs, etc. Organic peanut butter and organic stevia. Sparkling water, regular water, coffee with heavy cream or half and half. Green or mint tea with lemon, unsweetened almond milk, etc. That’s basically my diet and I feel great!

    Thanks for such informative video. Can I please ask a question?
    I have seen the videos on berberine, quercetin, nac, nmn and s-acetyl cysteine. They all sound extremely good products but I am at a loss at to how to take them. Should you take all at once, rotate them etc? Any advice in this would be great. Also are they ok to take with a multivitamin? Thank you

    I have a dizzy / balance problem and without anyone being able to help solve the problem, I decided to stop eating sugar some weeks ago AND I make cakes! Anyhow no matter what I eat, within seconds I get more dizzy. Dr. Z, if YOU have any idea how to solve this problem it would help me and tens of thousands of others who live this problem daily. Where can I find, as well, what to not eat and what to eat to stop sugar and carbs. So many answers but nothing solves the problem. Thanks much.
