    Hi Doc
    This video covers everything I’ve been trying to explain to my 30 yr old son.
    I do my best to be a health champion but I can’t get through to my son.
    He’s not realised he’s not as healthy as he should be… I’m 60 but look better than he does.
    There’s so much in this video that he’ll identify with.
    Just got to get him to watch it. 🤦🏼‍♂️

      Also to add, when you talk to him — Don’t trust doctors, food companies, pharmaceutical companies. Saw a comment elsewhere from a doctor, saying they purposely give wrong info to his patients, all in the name of $$$$$.

    I think you can sum it up like this. Eat organic wholefoods, and quit eating processed foods, and stop consuming seed oils, and keep your carbs as low as possible, you will be much healthier.

      ​@@drekbergBtw, I have tried 60-hr fasting then after a few weeks I tried 72-hr. Since then, I’ve been doing the LCHF diet. I tried using the ketone strip to test, and it seems that mine is around 8-10 mmol/L. Along with LCHF, I am also doing 18:6 IF.
