I got back into ketosis from doing more healthy fats Olive oil -avocados, Roasted pecans , Wild salmon with the skin on, Little more sour cream and more.. also right after I eat I get up and get to walking, finding things to do around the house/ Yard work and ❤ the feeling of being full and walking 💪 now Because years ago I just could walk to my mailbox ❤ keto -fasting ❤

#1… I was 16 yrs old, a very active kid but I kept telling my mom I was sooo tired all the time. She took me to the dr., he checked my iron. It was all good and so my tiredness was written off as “i need to sleep more”… when I look back, i’ve come to the conclusion that it was my thyroid. We lived in an area where we were on city water and we had a pool we swam in all summer.
Once I finally put together all the symptom puzzle pieces and addressed it, I started getting better.
Did swimming in the pool have an effect too?

@@nottoday3666 the chlorine and fluoride in the city water and what was added daily can have an effect on thyroid. consider that your skin is your biggest organ and absorbs alot especially if youre in a pool of highly chlorinated water all summer long for hours on end. youll soak it up

You constantly hear about climate change and global warming but those same so called experts or alarmists never mention environmental degradation of our oceans or soils. It’s about time they do and thank you Dr. Ekberg for discussing this very important topic.
That’s because global warming is a wealth distribution scam to hurt the West. You don’t hear them complain about China and Indian pollution. Solving degradation would have measurable results. They want money for an unsolvable problem to line their pockets in perpetuity.

Sooooo, people in the bad old days were eating less, but having healthier diets with less food … and today with statements that we are well fed, but overweight and having all kinds of diseases and illnesses, diabetes, obesity, … we are eating more food with less calories and nutrition and are sicker because of it.
Yet, the average lifespan continues to increase every decade.
