These look great but way to fast and advanced for beginners. Could you do some for older beginners?
Wow, 10 minutes felt like an hour 😓😮💨 but I got it done 💪🏾 modified to my level for todays, but this one was easier to modify than that barre workout i tried 😫 I would do this one again 💜
